"Great, quiet hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Modernly furnished rooms, clean bathroom with rain shower, large TV, queen-size bed. The spa area is also good. Bio sauna (with essential oils), Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room (unfortunately not working), small outdoor area for relaxing (balcony with artificial turf). Only the view of the surrounding houses could be nicer. Maybe we'll come back for one of the beer brewing courses they offer. Who knows?!?! :-D"

"The rooms are adequate, a little dated, but clean and therefore absolutely OK. The service, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. At dinner in the restaurant, you sometimes had to wait a long time for drinks, and even after the food was served, you were not asked regularly. The salmon was very dry and the overall quality was not particularly good. The meat, on the other hand, was perfectly cooked. Requests for changes at short notice were vehemently rejected. Afterwards, everything was done to meet the requests, which was successful, but the initial reaction still sticks. I can also only confirm the cancellation conditions, which have already been mentioned several times here. In a group of almost 40 people, we had 3 last-minute cancellations due to illness and were also charged for breakfast and dinner. When we asked, the response was very unfriendly and we were referred to the terms and conditions, which are also different to those of BW Germany."

Nuestro sopa de boda fue para la comida. Después hubo una media pata roja y, al final, una pequeña cena de noche. Nos atormentaron."
