"El hotel es agradable y hermoso. El servicio podría ser mejor, no sentía realmente la presencia del personal, servicio muy estándar - sólo puse 4 estrellas por la persona que ofreció que nos llevara alrededor de la propiedad en el bug, lo siento olvidar su nombre pero él era originalmente de Hong Kong. Las habitaciones fueron agradables y limpias, las instalaciones de spa también fueron agradables y hay una piscina interior que los niños pueden usar en tiempos específicos. Las actividades de los niños también fueron agradables? Habían preparado algo todos los días y la granja de ganado era mi hija favorita, ya que puedes ganar y alimentar caballos, conejos, perros, cabras, conejos, etc."

"Hox Park has generally been an okay stay. The rooms are decently sized with a good size bathroom (I stayed in the £235/week room). Amenities are also good with a gym and central hangout/ study area. However, below are my concerns if you are looking at this residence for your future studies. 1) Room heating The room heating is subpar during winter months, as you are given an electric wall heater that is so far from the bed it is almost invisible. 2) Kitchen (if sharing) The oven, from my experience, does not have a working fan element and takes at least double the time for food. The counter space is also terribly small for how many people are in the flat: space is a 'luxury'. 3) WiFi The WiFi at Hox Park was great with speeds of up to 800mbps (ethernet). On recent 'upgrades', the WiFi now peaks at just below 200mbps, OR you can pay an additional £20 a month for 300mbps? For the already £235/week, this management decision is utterly disgraceful. So if you are a student looking for accommodation that is 30/min walk from Royal Holloway (however there is an hourly bus), WiFi at shockingly low speeds with a repulsing pay-to-play service for a measly 100mbps more, and a small kitchen space (note: with no cleaners) - then this place is for you!"
