The $50 security deposit is not advertised at all, you are made to feel uncomfortable when you make the point, + it takes 30 min of your time being wasted until the staff finally agrees it is unsatifactory & not necessary. The first room i was given did smell of vomit. However the staff immediately changed rooms with no fuss, the upholstery in the dinning room was so filthy, i had to get a cushion from the lounge area to feel less repulsed, the breakfast did appear quite adequate however the beans were not to my taste? The staff are absolutely on point, considering what they are working with, the staff are the only saving grace to the situation. I would definitely not book online, only in person onsite, in which case i believe i would immediately decide to find alternative accommodation.

It's an old place..carpets are too old and looked unclean..Unclean beneath and beside the cots..Need a good tidy up and freshness... Friendly staff.. Food area was well looked after..

Всё хорошо, кроме того что стойка регистрации ограничена по времени. Сам отель красивый в колониальном стиле. Расположение хорошее и завтраки тоже.

Очень грязно, ну совсем грязно! Заехали в номер и грязь на всех поверхностях, такое ощущение, что уборки не было уже очень-очень давно, даже минимальной. Завтрак есть, но очень слабый. Парковка на территории присутствует, действительно без доплаты Отличное расположение, до центра города пешком около 15 мин через красивый район и парк. До Ботанического сада пешком 30 мин

此次旅行，最有意思的住宿，衞生不錯，服務不錯，距離CBD太近了！

這家酒店位置挺好，離市區很近，步行15分鐘、竄過兩𠆤公園就到了墨爾本免費電車的區城了；另外，房間乾淨、衞生，後院有自己的停車場，這一點很難得；最好的還是工作人員禮貌、和藹，在此特別感謝工作人員Gary，他給我們提供了好多關於在此地遊玩的訊息和指導。

地理位置 衞生服務都特別好

嗯，帶着孩子的對品質有高要求的就不推薦了

還挺好的住宿體驗，有停車位很方便，離周邊的體育場館挺近的。
