Premier Inn Glasgow East Kilbride Central

Travelling for a sports event so needed somewhere close to the venue. Arrived late which peaked the interest of a passing fox. Room was tidy as always, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, what more do you need!

Looked like a building site, cleanliness to be desired. Food very greasy. Floid light blinding in room. Sleep disturbed. Car park very noisy, staff breaks in cars with lights shining and loud voices. Disappointing stay.

Stayed here so my daughter could attend a course for the weekend and it didn't disappoint, Hotel looked good on arrival reception area clean and welcoming staff were polite kind and helpful. Room was as expected very clean smelled fresh and had everything to suit our needs as a family

The hotel was in an ideal location for us to visit family. Stayed in premiers inn before and must say this was defo in need of refurbishment. Meals were taken in the nearby beefeater pub the only problem was the access which was either by steps or ramps. There was lighting fitted but never turned on.

Can not complain about anything with our stay at the hotel. We were guests at a wedding locally so wanted somewhere we could get ready for the wedding and have a clean room to spend the night. We arrived just around 11 and paid the extra £10 per room to get in early which we were happy to do. Rooms were spotless and everything was there that we needed. Gavin on reception was very helpful asked if we needed any help on the local area or to get to the wedding. Breakfast in the beefeaters the next morning was lovely and back to the hotel room to pack away our stuff. Not an issue at all. Would stay at the hotel happily again.

My family booked four rooms here for four nights and we had an excellent stay. The hotel met all our expectations as well as being a great, accessible location and very fair value. The desk staff were very pleasant, affording us a simple and friendly check in and check out experience, and they were always available to answer questions or help in little ways. We did take advantage of the excellent meal deal and the Crooked Lum bar and restaurant was a real bonus next door! We would definitely come back to stay!

Booked 4 nights. Upon arrival room looked disgusting. Stained bedsheets, floor uncovered, bathroom was not cleaned. Old blood on bathroom tiles. Carpet unhoovered. Reception changed bed sheet and not pillow case or duvet cover for double bed. So dirty I slept in single bed. Towels were not replenished daily not refreshment for tea and coffee. Despite asking for this in the morning daily for my room to be made up. Curtains had big rips in them, old outdated room. Staff were so so. They did not really care about state of room. Even when I showed them. Breakfast was great, hot and plenty to choose from. Will never stay at this premier inn again

Great people, no issues at all. Quiet, clean, easy parking. Check in simple, nice pub. Caitlin and Gavin on reception are both friendly and professional. Value for money as well. Good shower. Will stay again

Very cheap and exactly as I expected. Friendly staff, quick check-in and a nice room. The room had a heater, which was better than the last hotel which I stayed in which was very cold. I wish there could be some soy milk pods in the room though.
