3/5 ⭐ 📍 Location: Super convenient, easy access and ada convenience store nearby. Win! 😊 Service: Check-in smooth and fast. Front office staff polite. I requested an iron and they sent it over quickly. 🧼 Cleanliness: Can be improved. Shower area not so clean. 🛁 Amenities: Very basic - shampoo & shower gel bottles so cute/small size 😅 🥨 Breakfast: Delicious but not variety.

I never imagined that the room would be this spacious. Beyond my expectation, even my family asked to return next June or July. Coz every 6 months I have to go here for business. Hopefully I will get the family suite. From the security, front desk, receptionist, cleaner, all staff are GREAT, full of sincere smiles, full of attention, really2 dotted to customers. Thank you.

Everything was good but the bathroom. The bathroom was disappointing. The showerhead was moldy, and I even saw cockroaches on the floor. This really affected my overall experience. The hotel should improve its cleaning and maintenance standards.

Friendly staff attending to our feedbacks. The room given was a connecting room and the other neighbouring guests were speaking very loudly and played with the doorbell. Gave feedback to the hotel and was attended to

Lokasi yang strategis, dekat dengan akses transportasi masal, akses pendidikan dasar hingga universitas, pusat perbelanjaan,sentra bisnis,dll. Staff Hotel yang sangat ramah, pelayanan sangat baik terutama yang sering bertemu seperti resepsionis, room service,dan front staff. Tingkatkan terus pelayanan, kebersihan dan kenyamanan hotel secara menyeluruh, khusus nya perlunya pengecekan/perbaikan dinding ruangan yang kami tempati ada beberapa bagian retakan dinding. Selama beberapa hari menginap, sempat terdengar suara gaduh entah dari kamar dilantai atas maupun dari lantai yang sama. Overall, semua sudah baik dan sangat menyenangkan bisa menginap di Luxury in Arion hotel. Terimakasih

1.我住了3晚，菜色種類不多，但3天都有變化，有總比沒有的好，沒有提供牛奶、沒有培根、沒有沙拉，不要期待跟一般4、5星的飯店早餐。 2.我住的809房間一直出現蚊子，我殺了2、3隻，還是一直在出現，明明沒有窗戶，卻一直有蚊子，不知道為什麼。 3浴室蓮蓬頭的出水量很小，洗澡很不爽快，應該是蓮蓬頭都沒有清，裡面都是水垢，被堵塞了。 3.飯店前面的捷運正在蓋，未來交通一定很方便。 4.服務人員態度都還不錯，很有禮貌。
