Location is good enough if you are conducting business in and around the city of Durban and not expecting anything more than a very basic 3 star experience. Even so, the value for money is not great. Rooms are clean, but need a little TLC here and there. Colleagues said their beds were very uncomfortable, but I clearly got lucky, as my bed was very comfortable. If you order from the a la carte menu, be prepared to wait a long time for your food to arrive. Same applies to drinks orders. Seems as if they were still on skeleton staff post Covid, or maybe they were unprepared for the influx of people attending Indaba. IMO, City Lodge is much better value for money.

Nos quedamos en el apartamento 408 y fue decepcionante. Primero, las fotos del sitio web y el mueble y decoración reales no son las mismas. De hecho, algunas de las fotos son engañosas. La unidad alberga cuatro personas, pero sólo hay tres asientos en el salón, así que uno siempre ha tenido que sentarse en el patio. La red no perturba la vista, pero dará una tarifa más abierta al patio si no hay red. Así que mi consejo, a menos que usted visita con animales de compañía, busca otro apartamento en PWA.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente y el personal fue útil y amable. No me gustaba especialmente el menú de servicio de restaurante/ sala porque sólo tenía lactosuero en su menú de bebidas. La casa de la habitación era sucia, pero el servicio de la casa era muy atractivo y la casa de la habitación era muy limpia. Cada café o restaurante alrededor del hotel se abre en 9a.m, por lo que recomiendo pagar por el desayuno buffet del hotel si usted es un ave temprano como yo. Aprendí sobre el lodging después de volver de un día fuera y no hallé energía sino una luz y la televisión en mi habitación. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. En general, tuve una buena estancia en el hotel.

UUsuario invitadoWe had an Amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Express, Umhlanga. This has to be one of the best service I've experienced (local and international included). Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this Establishment. Check in was awesome. Brendan and team were extremely Welcoming, Friendly and Efficient. We were settled into the room in no time as well as informed of all the amenities. We traveled as a group and the team helped us to get rooms close to each other which was so convenient. Breakfast was scrumptious and the service exceeded our expectations. Trisha and the team take their work and service to customers so seriously - like it's their own company. My son wanted Chocolate muffins and they baked it specially for him - how amazing is that! We were leaving early to the airport and Trisha offered to have breakfast ready from 5am - was so impressed and grateful. This has to be one of the best hotels across the world. Kudos to the team and leadership. Highly recommend anyone to not hesitate to book here. Thanks so much guys

El hotel es muy íntimo, así que se prepárese para que ... Su comida es deliciosa, tuvimos cena allí en su restaurante llamado Giorgios, pero lo que debo decir es caro.
El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay problema con el hotel.
Entonces les pedimos que nos dieran al menos unas hojas de cama o cualquier lino para que podamos hacer un plan para nuestro hijo, dijeron que estaba bien pero nunca se apoderaron, nada, ni siquiera volver a nosotros para decir lo que podría ser. El día siguiente, volvimos a preguntar, se llevaron cuatro horas para traer unas camas.
La línea de fondo es si tienes un hijo no, Repito NO book ese lugar porque se pondrán en tu cara diciendo que no podían llegar a ti desde que reservaste a través de un APP.
No estoy seguro de que quiera hablar de su cocina en las habitaciones.
Una cosa que puedo decir es que no escuchan y escuchan significa que respetan sus negocios y sus clientes.
Volé del extranjero para descansar y disfrutar de un buen tiempo y tratarnos ya que tienen un ascensor, pero terminaba cancelando mis planes de un spa porque no quería más descontentos.
El resto ni siquiera quiero mencionar ...y eso es mi experiencia después de pagar tanto dinero y esperando una buena vacaciones 😌 Pero ...

UUsuario invitadoEn Durban, pedí prestado un enchufe de conversión y fui tres veces. Inicialmente dijo que no, el segundo viaje igual dijo que no, pero otro camarero dijo que sí, realmente lo hizo. El tercer viaje consiste en tomar un depósito para pedir prestado el enchufe. Los pasillos del primer piso están masajeados y huelen muy fuerte.

BBuyi LArrived at the place and did not get the room I booked they told me it was taken by other people. Our room had no mirror and no tv, the air-con was not working and it was cold. Checkout is very early 10:00 in the morning which wasn’t easy. Other than that I will give the place a 5:10 great for over night stay and leave in the morning.
