Hoteles en Shazhou Market, Dunhuang

The original member of staff that checked me in was extremely unprofessional. We were a family that came to visit with all permanent residents cards ( Green Cards ) and the way it was handled with very unprofessional. 1. The hotel should be aware that they don’t need to photocopy permanent residents cards as we are treated the same as local ID cards. The manager needs to train staff. I appreciate it’s rare to see but it wasn’t handle correctly. We have done amazing things for the country, China - and to be treated like this was disgraceful. One woman who helped us to our room, she was totally amazing! She was very professional- she understood professionalism and great customer service. We won’t ever forget such a wonderful woman. The hospitality industry is very important- every detail counts. However the negative impact can last a lifetime. I would like to thank the wonderful woman at this hotel and I truly hope you become manager of this place so you can show some staff members how to treat customers.

Esta vez, viajé con toda la familia y reservé cinco habitaciones. Empecé a sentir la cálida hospitalidad del hotel incluso antes de partir. El capataz número 31 de recepción se mostró especialmente entusiasta. Sabiendo que había personas mayores que iban solas, las llamó para informarles sobre los detalles de la recogida, para que pudieran estar tranquilas, y se encargó especialmente de registrarse temprano. También organizó nuestras habitaciones juntas para facilitar la comunicación. Me alojé tres noches. El servicio del capataz fue tan bueno que debo elogiarlo. Si el servicio del hotel alcanza tal nivel, ¡creo que todos querrán volver! El conductor también se mostró muy entusiasta. Dejó sus pertenencias en el coche dos veces sin querer. Con paciencia, nos las devolvió y nos recomendó especialidades y espectáculos locales. Quedé muy satisfecho. El servicio de todo el hotel fue como una brisa primaveral. Sin duda, recomendaré este hotel a mis amigos. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Dunhuang, ¡este hotel debe ser mi única opción! Las habitaciones del hotel son muy espaciosas, limpias e higiénicas, y se proporcionan toallas desechables. A las personas con misofobia les encantará.

เราเป็นคนไทยได้มาพักที่นี่ 3 คืน ห้องพักที่นี่ดีมาก ดูใหม่สะอาด ทางเดินในชั้นห้องพักไฟเป็นเซ็นเซอร์เปิดเองเมื่อคนเดินผ่าน ในห้องพักมีเครื่องซักผ้าให้ใช้ด้วย ห้องน้ำและห้องสุขาแยกกัน เตียงเป็นแบบเตียงแฝดขนาดใหญ่ ห้องกว้าง วางกระเป๋าสบาย พนักงานก็ต้อนรับและช่วยเหลือดีมาก อย่างเช่น ช่วยให้สั่งอาหารมาที่โรงแรมก็ช่วยเหลืออย่างดี โรงแรมติดถนนอยู่ไม่ไกลจากพิพิธภัณฑ์ตุนหวงเดินไปได้ประมาณ 450 เมตร ข้างๆโรงแรมมีมินิมาร์ท อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายแนะนำไก่ป๊อบอร่อยมาก น้ำเต้าหู้ก็อร่อยหวานน้อย

Highly recommend! This hotel offers airport or railway station pickup free service. The hotel location is excellent and not so far for Mogaocave, the dunhuang night market, Mingsha Mountains.. The hotel room is super clean, wide, and has comfy.beds. Also, the hotel provided everything necessary Especially the hotel staff are very friendly and responsible for guests. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and the staff always helped us for traveling. They called a taxi for us to travel to tourist spots Even if they don't speak English , we communicate by translation application on the phone. They also bring us to pharmacy and supermarket. How they are wonderful and thankful. If we go there again, we will definitely stay there again. I traveled all over the world for 20 years, but I never met like the hotel and staff. Totally never forgetable hotel and staff. God bless forever! Thanks again!!!

The online booking process via trip.com was very smoothly and quick. The contact with the hotel was very nice and the hardware of the hotel was just first class and I feel like at home although we spent only four nights there… The airport transfer with driver Mr. Wu was just marvelous. He is very nice and professional and I would like to recommend to all hotel guests to use this service!

We got free upgrade to the suite so that was nice. Very pretty river view and not as noisy as some of the reviews I've read. Probably because the weather was getting chilly. Room was very spacious, even for just the size of the bedroom alone. Bed was comfortable and not too soft. But I will say that the light switches in the rooms and also the smart toilet seat were very confusing. Strangely, it had a large bathtub area, but a separate and very squished shower closet. The water didn't quite drain properly also. Breakfast was okay. But considering how the city really is just a town in the desert, I'd say it's actually pretty good. The local restaurants are also options, but we had to get up super early for day trips, and didn't feel like freezing outside to look for food when it's still dark. Side note, the night market in town is nice but not much going on outside of that area. The hotel is not in the city centre, but since the city is small, taxi is the way to go. We actually end up just getting the phone number of one of the taxi driver, and called her whenever we planned to head out. I chose the hotel based on aesthetics and was not disappointed. But our suite was in the end of a very long hallway, so get ready to walk if you are not near the elevator.

El hotel no está lejos de Danghe y de la librería Dunhuang, a solo diez minutos a pie. Se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del mercado nocturno de Shazhou. Siempre hay taxis esperando afuera del hotel, por lo que es conveniente tomar un taxi. El hotel ofrecía servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, pero el conductor llegó con diez minutos de retraso. Posteriormente, el hotel ayudó a mejorar la habitación. Aunque la habitación da a la calle no hay ruido exterior. Por el contrario, el aislamiento acústico interno no es bueno y se puede escuchar el sonido del agua y las tuberías de la habitación contigua. El robot que reparte las comidas es muy práctico, pero realizó un simulacro de evacuación y gritó a gritos en el pasillo durante varios minutos pidiendo a todos que evacuaran de forma ordenada. El hotel no nos avisó con antelación. Esto causó pánico entre la gente, que pensó que se trataba de un incendio, y no se dio ninguna explicación después.

This is the best hotel for me. I have been travelling in China for 20 days now. I passed through Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Huangshan, Xi’an and Dunhuang. I felt happy to be at this hotel that I could recommend everyone who comes to Dunhuang could stay here. Staffs and managers were so caring and try very best to solve any problem, any request. When I said goodbye I got a goody bag full of water, juice and souvenirs for my journey. I’m so touched and glad that I stopped here. Location is great, 10-15 minutes to night market and easy to access. Laundry machines are great help. I enjoyed best hospitality, best facilities and best location.

酒店環境特別好，乾濕分離超預期，是衞生間淋浴間分開的非常好用，雙人房空間大無異味，設施一應俱全，還有加濕器，usb充電口。希望增加一個全身鏡和一盞大燈。還有種類繁多的自助早餐可以吃挺好吃的，還有洗衣房。 前台小秦特別熱心服務到位，旅行途中相機拍攝照片不小心一鍵刪除，急需電腦恢復，還幫忙解決了這個大難題。送的伴手禮帶了很多東西，非常實用，駱駝玩偶好可愛，房間還有飲料。 酒店地理位置也好，附近美食就很多交通便利，總之住的很舒服，本來想住兩個晚上去體驗另外一家酒店，後來決定繼續續住這家住的舒服省心。下次來敦煌還住這一家，也會推薦朋友過來
