Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Greenville - Spartanburg - I-85

Fast and efficient check in and check out. Desk helped with any needs quickly. The biggest issue was the people upstairs from us. They were up moving around and dropping things until 4am! The fact that the rooms are super echo’y didn’t help at all. They need to get more sound deadened in the rooms. Won’t likely stay again unless I am guaranteed top floor.

Great hotel to stay, staff was great at all times. Breakfast was not wow (more like some oatmeal, bfastbars, cold eggs and yogurt) wish they had other options. But asides this its a great, quiet, secluded place to stay. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel was less than a month old when I stayed and you could still smell the fresh paint. Great decor, huge modern TV, great amenities. The full kitchen with stove and sink, and full-size refrigerator was such a treat. All of this, and it was one of the cheapest in the area! One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. If I had a complaint, I guess it would have to be the front desk. When I booked my room for 4 nights, I ended up needing the room for a couple extra nights. I went down to the front desk and they said they were unable to give me a new room, and they were booked solid for an event for a week. I booked another hotel nearby and as I was checking out, they mentioned they could in fact keep me in room. Unfortunately, I already paid for a Lyft and it was on it's way. My small complaint is I wish the front desk just went that extra mile to notify me I could stay in my room.

In town for a basketball tournament. Hotel is super clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is simple oatmeal and granola bars but rooms have kitchenettes.

Check in wàs easy. Parking lot well lit. Walls are a little "thin". Room was really clean but there was a strong cleaner smell in it.

Everything was great as expected. The only thing I would say was unpredictable was the sheets on the bed had spot on them and hair . I didn’t take any photos I just slept on the cover .

Booked our room online, was told to check in at the front desk when we arrived. It was past midnight but the booking information stated there was 24 hour service at the front desk to check us in. When we arrived, the doors to the lobby were locked and required a key card to get in. We tried calling multiple times and no one answered. Finally, a guest walking out held the door open for us and we were able to walk into the lobby. We waited at the front desk for over 45 minutes, not a person in sight. I was worried one of the workers might have had a medical emergency, so we looked around in the lobby bathrooms and office, no one was there. We called the after hours line multiple times with no answer. Finally, after driving 16 hours and waiting there for over 45 minutes, we called the ******* and requested a refund. ******* reached out to the hotel as well, and could not get in touch with anyone. ******* thankfully gave us a refund and we’re very helpful.
