El personal del escritorio frontal REALmente estableció el humor para cualquier estancia, y estas damas REALmente calientan sus corazones con auténticos sonrisas, humorosos conocimientos, profesionalismo completo y encantadoras y bienvenidas personalidades! A1, 100% no podía ser mejor. Primera clase. El mejor! Los nombres que recuerdo más son Ariane & Jora, porque realmente practican excelencia en esta a veces difícil profesión. Las habitaciones son soooooooo limpias! Así que a todas las personas sin nombre que hacen este trabajo, Gracias! El desayuno se sirve casi todo el día, más un poco de menú. Delicioso, asequible y rápido. Como dicen en esta provincia, es LAAMI KAAYO! También grandes frescos y suaves! El propietario es una pura filipinosa, por lo que no hay ninguna influencia extraña en el extranjero. Me gusta eso. Además, tienen una reunión/banquet, hermosa piscina aunque no lo he intentado, gran lobby, y creo que 28 habitaciones en general. Lo único que espero.... Después de todo estos buenos comentarios 5-STAR, por favor no suba los precios! ¡Me gusta este lugar!

We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! We (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed for one week in a Family Apartment. We chose Villa Prescilla as we wanted to be able to self-cater and cook our own meals. The hotel is a short drive from both the airport (via taxi) and the centre of Dumaguete (trike). Getting transport via a trike is easy, plus the trikes here are much bigger than in Manila or Angeles and the prices were reasonable: but it does help if you have a Filipina with you to ensure you are not being taken advantage of (but I still gave tips to drivers). Location is away from the hustle & bustle of Dumaguete, but the road is still very busy and noise from traffic can be a bit of a problem, but main bedroom is at the rear of the building and we kept the doors shut. To avoid being awakened too early by neighbouring roosters or barking dogs, I recommend having the fan on for white noise. The hotel is a bit old and showing its age, but it is still clean, pleasant and had everything we needed, plus the caretaker/s were very helpful and friendly. My only gripe would be in relation to the Wi-Fi signal which at times was non-existent (welcome to the Philippines...lol). In the times we live, Wi-Fi has become a necessity and I was relying on being able to use my laptop, so it was of great importance to me to be able to access the internet when I wanted / needed. Fortunately, each time I really needed to access the internet the caretakers would come to the apartment and were able to get a signal for me through trial and error, plus a lot of persistence and sometimes calling upon the available IT guru (caretakers’ teenage son). My Filipina was very happy with the kitchen facilities and was able to whip up some great meals. Caretakers were also able to arrange a private car with driver for us (day trip to Bindoy) and a taxi for the journey to the airport for our departure.

¡Fijar habitación 212 por favor!! Lo que me gustaba: balcón y tienda de regalos lo que no se atrevió a esperar: tocador de baño, cajas de cocina, ambiente de habitación(tocador hecho una extensión de una habitación de 4 camas) tocador no se atrevió,el desayuno complementario es para niños tombados que tienes que gastar 150 pesos o más para un Buen desayuno.

¡El hotel está amueblado! Muy cálido, el personal de recepción es super agradable. ¡Ayude a llamar a la tienda de buceo, no hay cargo adicional por la hora de salida! Digamos que no necesito pagar otros gastos, por supuesto ~ ¡se dieron algunos consejos más tarde! La habitación se limpió muy bien. Aunque sé que vivo solo, ¡daré 2 toallas de baño al aeropuerto gratis todos los días! !! ¡También imprimí mi nombre para el letrero! !! Es muy bueno. Si vas a Dumaguete, ¡deberías ir aquí! Hay un gran supermercado frente al hotel y un restaurante al lado. Es muy conveniente comer y tomar un taxi. Está a solo 6 minutos del aeropuerto y es muy conveniente.
