Hoteles con bar en Dumaguete

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... No podía probar la piscina debido a horario ocupado, la piscina tiene una profundidad de 4’. Reservaré este lugar la próxima vez que visito Dumaguete.

No hay ni un abridor de la cocina cuando llegamos, ni tambores, sólo 3 bollos, no hay limones de té. Equipo de cocina dos botas de estilo camping y un pan frigorífico con un mango libre! Las hojas finas sobre las matraces de colores y tornidos, sin señal de protectores de matraces. La piscina fue verde durante 3 días Amigo del personal, pero obviamente no conocen las normas aceptables y carecen de supervisión y orientación.

The most unique hotel cabana i have ever stayed & experienced! I love the interior & exterior design of the cabana! The staff are all friendly, polite & helpful. The food was great & delicious! Good value for money😊 The hotel is near the airport.

For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.

작은 수영장이 아기자기한 아담하고 재밌는 숙소에요 트별히 젊은이들은 너무 즐기기 조아요 요일마다 다른 파티가 열리고 투숙객들과 직원들이 함께 즐겁게 보내는 것이 아주 인상적이엇어요 워치는 시내에서 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그래서 좀 더 조용하지요 밤12시까지는 파티로 일찍자는사람들을 위해 귀마개를 주드라고요~~ 숙소가 청결해서 좋앟어요
