Sisu Shores: Lakefront Home with Private Beach and Wood Burning Sauna

Extremely good experience. Home is tastefully decorated and had pretty much every amenity we needed. Easy check-in, very clean, and super smooth all around. Would stay again.

Everything was great, so wish there was a bathroom on the main floor for my parents who are 84 & 85, loved staying here. Loved watching the ships arriving in the canal….so special being in Duluth for all the ship arrivals and departures……..way cool …hope to get to see this again real soon!!!! Loved every minute of being here!!

We’ve stayed in many rentals, and this house is at the top of our list. So much character, and immaculately clean. Thank you for a perfect spot to recharge!

As advertised. Great location. Property owner also had great communication.

Sisu Shores was absolutely lovely. The home was cozy, clean and well prepared with any of the necessary amenities a guest might need. Our family enjoyed the provided puzzles and games on the amazing four season porch, toasty from the easy to use gas fireplace. The lake views were excellent, we enjoyed watched the barges come in and out of Canal Park. It was extra special to be able to enjoy the lakeshore. While we didn't have time to take advantage of the fire ring or sauna both are just steps from the lake. I would recommend staying at Sisu Shores to anyone looking for an exceptionally comfortable stay on Superior just a short drive from Canal Park. Thank you, Meredith!

Host was extremely accommodating and the place is beautiful. The amenities and view are top notch.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable despite the power outage caused by the storm. Meredith was responsive and accommodating.

Wow. This place was amazing. Not only was it beautiful and cozy, but the host pays a high attention to detail on the property to ensure a great stay. We had all the supplies to cook meals, blankets, board games, and even black washcloths for make-up. I really appreciate all the effort put into this property it felt like a home away from home. The host was responsive to all of our questions, and overall I think we had a perfect stay. Can't wait to come back.

Really great setup. Host thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the sauna.
