Welcome Hotel (Doujiangyan Scenic Area)

Great room, clean and non-smoking. The location is excellent as well, right in the heart of the old town. The entrance is behind the restaurant, so it was a little hard to find at first, but overall 10/10.

Exterior looks old but inside is ok. Breakfast is worthwhile when included with room booking.

This hotel in Doujiangyan was a fantastic find—very spacious and incredibly affordable! It's within walking distance to the old city, making it super convenient for sightseeing. We absolutely fell in love with the city, and the hotel really enhanced our experience. The staff were welcoming, and the amenities were perfect for families. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Doujiangyan!

The only problem we encounter is main entrance a bit tricky to find at first. However overall it is a very pleasant stay. The room is spacious and clean. Located in the middle of the ancient city. Near to the dujiangyan mosque and halal food which is a plus for muslim traveller like us. Also very near to the blue tears area. Staff also very responsive. However

Stayed one night at this lovely hotel that super close to the famous street and walkable to the famous Nanqiao bridge to watch World Heritage Irrigation Structure Dujiangyan Irrigation System. It is also walkable to Sleeping selfie panda sculpture at Yangtianwo Plaza (仰天窝广场). It takes approximately 15mins slow walk. The Lidui park station is at Yangtianwo Plaza (仰天窝广场). However, the lidui park station has a broken elevator that cannnot be used at the moment. Therefore, if you have large luggage then you need to carry by yourself. The hotal has two entrance. If you are taking didi or taxi then you will be dropped off at the back entrance (which is closed) nearby the hotel parking entrance (charges applied if the car enters). The front entrance is roughly 50m away from the drop off point. This hotel provides no breakfast. Taking didi to lidui park is only cost less than 15 RMB, which is very worth the hassle. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities such as hair dryers, hair and body shampoos, toiletries such as toothbrushes. Friendly counter staff. We took didi from hotel to Panda sanctuary park which is very cheap.

The pictures on the website are pictures of the hotel when it first opened and since then the place has not been managed properly. The hotel room needed a serious deep clean. Other than the cleanliness the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive and the location was amazing. Such a shame because we would have really enjoyed our stay if the rooms were the same as the pictures.

The room was very modern and really well located in the ancient part of Doujiangyan, close to basically every intresting building. Staff was very kind and the reception was very spacious and pretty.

Really enjoyable stay at the Lano Hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location with lots of restaurants/food stalls nearby, and is within walking distance to train station (Lidui Park). The street the hotel sits on is pedestrian and 2-wheel vehicle access only so very quiet at night. Would recommend.
