No fue fácil de encontrar, la persona muy amable nos oriento, pero ……..está en un 3er piso, sin elevador, de inicio es el comentario por el equipaje, subir y bajar sin equipaje, no nos preocupó. Al final contratamos a una persona que muy amablemente nos llevó el equipaje del cuarto al Taxi!

Ducha helada (cold shower)
Son departamentos sin recepción, debes esperar a que llegue la administradora que se mueve por otros departamentos repartidos en la ciudad. No es un servicio rápido. (They are apartments without a reception, you have to wait for the manager to arrive, who moves around other apartments throughout the city. It is not a fast service)

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The staff was warm and we had a great time. The room was beautiful and cozy. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We were nervous in advance how we would handle the stairs, because there are a lot of them in the old town and we were warned about them, but we didn't find the stairs to be a problem. We were offered a bag service to the room, which I'm sure is useful for some, but my husband carried both of our bags. We were able to store our luggage at the reception before and after check-in. We were also able to use the toilet and shower. Small snacks were also available. I can definitely recommend!

Everything was perfectly fine except a puddle of water under the toilet when we arrived. I believe it was coming from the shower so I have a hard time believing the floors were cleaned before our arrival. Otherwise place was cute and comfortable. Top floor of the building so pack light if you don’t want to carry a lot of luggage up stairs. Also a lot of stairs no matter what to get into old town. That’s just the nature of the city-no cars or transportation to get dropped off there.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is on the fourth floor. Lots of steps every time you enter and exit the property, but very centrally located in old town and the staff was very helpful!!

Everything about this property is first rate, right down to the complimentary hats and flip-flops, to the high end luxury furnishings and extra touches. You won't find a better location to everything in Old Town, either. They provided someone to help with our luggage as there are many stairs, and we were greeted upon arrival and check-in. As a former vacation home property owner, I can highly recomment La Vita e Bella V!
