Incómodo y poco acogedor para lo que vale…estaba limpio y hubo poco ruido, pero hay muy poco espacio, el bussines de un avión cuenta con bastante más sitio..

Es un reducto pequeño que solo sirve si estas muy cansado y tienes que hacer noche en el aeropuerto... algo mejor que los sillones de las puertas de embarque

Amabilidad y buen trato por parte del staff, al momento de elegir la habitacion no me pude percatar que este hotel tiene tarifas por horarios y quizas la diferencia de horarios desde America genero una confusion y me avisaron que el tiempo de estadia habia terminado, pero sin problemas me dejaron quedar hasta la salida de mi vuelo. Tener cuidado al realizar las reservas.

What a great idea. We were exhausted when we arrived at the Dubai airport. We had a 12 hour layover and this sleep and fly cabin was just what we needed. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was right in the middle of a very busy airport. It was clean, quiet, and very easy to find. The restrooms were very close by and clean. Good experience. We felt rested when we boarded our 15 hour flight. I highly recommend.

It's very difficult to find this sleep and fly lounge. Walked for more almost an hour inside the Airport even after taking the train to C Gates. There is no sign. It's hidden next to a bathroom and a prayer room for female. Had to ask an Airport staff at the end when exhausted searching for it. Still found it hard to locate even after the direction for an Airport staff. For a few hours of sleep, it's a good place but no washroom or shower facilities. I was told by the receptionist that I have to walk a few minutes to go to a lounge, probably Marhaba lounge and pay them for a shower. Later after leaving the sleep and fly lounge, got to know from an Airport staff that there are free showers available too. Found it at the end near Gate B14 and B19 at Terminal 3 but they don't have towels. I wasn't carrying any, so again couldn't take shower but I know now for the next time what all to expect. Before this one, I stayed in Aerotel hotel in Singapore Changi Airport Airside. They have good bathrooms with shower facility for a very little bit of higher price. I won't mind paying a little extra for that comfort and this sleep and fly lounge was missing that badly.

The staff was very disrespectful and rude. I had to call ******* for assistance. Still resulted in me not being able to check in. They refuse to give me a refund, credit or just transfer me to another place to rest. I lost money and spent over 12 house in airport.
Not the way to treat anyone.

The advertisement is false
The rate is three hours slots although it says one night
It is absolute rip off and absolute false advertisement
Do not fall for it
I had to keep paying every two hours to be able to stay for the advertised one night
It is a trap
