The hotel is decent. The service was bad. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Their beds were not ready. Everything we asked for took a lot of time- coffee, room service, towels, and help with attraction. Even to get an extra room key card. Breakfast was also very limited and when we woke up early not all the stations were open. Very bad experience in terms of service. Will not get back there.

Basically, this hotel is the worst hotel in Dubai. 1. Too expensive price compared to their facilities. Also the employees are the worst, not kind and unfriendly. They have no early check in system. The said they will call when they have available room little early. But they never call after the check in hour has passed. Also room cleaning service is not fixed, any time they come even at 5:30pm. I never ever recommend this hotel.. they said 5 stars, No way it is 2 star hotel..
