Stayed for 3 nights , great welcome with complimentary breakfast as we arrived way early before check in time. Service was great from all the lads , canteen , reception, room service Couldn’t fault anything Room was clean,spacious and beautiful. The amenities were great, nice pools, nice private beach

Lovely stay yet again. However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all. Even though there was only 20 mins left and all that buffet food would have been wasted- sounds bizarre to me but the manager wouldn’t budge. Later another manager apologised to me about it when I told her. It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for. Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view.

Fantastic hotel, with excellent location! The breakfast was amazing and the service in general was 5 stars! Hotel facilities perfect! We would love to come back!

Брали полупансион - завтраки и ужины - еда просто восхитительная ! На любой вкус, всегда что-то новенькое, на нескольких станциях готовят при тебе. Персонал отличный, внимательный, решали любые нестандартные вопросы! Видно, что за отелем следят. При нас один корпус был на реконструкции.
