This hotel guest room is very good in size and with good bathroom amenities, plus it is a walking distance to the financial center metro station only one stop to dubai mall

The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the quality of food exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend Four Points by Sheraton to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway with friends. This was our second stay here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. A perfect spot for a stay—we’ll definitely be coming back again.

I travelled solo to Dubai and stayed at Four Points by Sheraton on SZR twice. The location is super convenient, along the main Sheikh Zayed Road and walkable to two different metro stations. The rooms are very spacious with big balconies and the breakfast is very good. Would recommend!

Decent room space, close to train station. Massage is expensive.

Everything was amazing, but there are a few flaws. The wifi didn’t reach out to our bedrooms, we had to go to our living room. Water started to leak out of the showers when it was turned on.

Excellent location, will again book it in future

Stayed at this hotel for the location close to my meetings , everything seem fine, I liked the gym even no body soap, no shampoo nothing , I found it pleasant, chilled cafe , I liked it , staff seemed friendly UP UNTIL one night after 10pm to my horror a member of the hotel pushed open the doors no knocking nothing , I just a shower so and was undress fully , he starred and froze at me until I need to shout to him so he close the door . The hotel manner of dealing with it was unbelievable the front of office manager Mr Hazem Mohammed stopped in the lobby to offer his apology I found that totally unprofessional and unacceptable, he then offered me to have coffee to which I refused. I demanded to know why the man came into my room where was he going why wasn’t he trained enough to comprehend to knock first .. the hotel would just say that he made a mistake for another room , for me that wasn’t good enough, they did nothing to show that they cared or wanted to make me feel better, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal , for me it was ..I had to put my luggage in front the door Incase another man walked in without knocking during the night, slept with all the lights on . I really wanted to know why he came to my room why.. NO SOLID REASON 😔🤬 They refused to give a part refund or even a gesture they were concerned . Disgusting and bad management allow this to happen and they couldn’t wait for me to leave , when I came to check out they all made themselves looked busy, no one said anything, no one gave no eye contact , shame on you if you read this . That’s not how you treat women that’s not how you make your guest feel, why you couldn’t give me a valid reason because you yourself don’t have one …

The Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road is a great hotel with excellent service. The reception staff are incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. The views are stunning, especially from the higher floors, where the rooms provide better sound insulation from the street noise. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, catering to different tastes. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for a comfortable stay in Dubai.

Great hotel near all tourist attractions, convenient for traveling since the metro station is a short walk away. The cleaning staff was really great, had a nice lady from Nepal who was always so sweet and polite whenever she was cleaning the room or we needed something. Will definitely stay here again 👍👍
