Valoraciones de SO/ Uptown Dubai

El hotel es tranquilo y nuevo. La decoración horizontal del interior también es muy elegante. El único problema es que no hay ningún robot de reparto. Cuando quiero comprar comida para llevar, tengo que hacer tres viajes hasta el ascensor para conseguirla. Tengo que esperar 6 veces el ascensor durante una reunión. Pero como el piso es alto, la vista también es hermosa. El servicio es bueno y el catering también es bueno, los sábados hay crepes free flow. La cerradura de la puerta también es muy segura.

En general, el hotel es bonito, todavía huele a nuevo. Un inconveniente es que tienes que tomar dos ascensores para llegar a tu habitación, para mí no fue un problema ya que son bastante rápidos pero puede ser un problema para otras personas. Además, la habitación es enorme, pero el baño no tiene mucha privacidad, lo que puede resultar molesto para algunas personas, ya que no hay una pared entre el dormitorio y el baño. Hay dos restaurantes y una cafetería en el hotel, bastante caros pero sabrosos.

Hotel nuevo, súper elegante y con estilo, diseño increíble, colores, bonitas instalaciones en la habitación, incluida una vaporera, un delicioso desayuno a la carta con pan recién hecho y postres.

Estancia muy elegante e increíble en el nuevo SO Uptown. Un poco lejos del centro de Dubái, pero agradable y cerca del puerto deportivo de Dubái. Definitivamente lo recomiendo Sara en la recepción fue de gran ayuda :)

SO/ Uptown Dubai is an absolute vibe! I wasn’t initially aware it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a delightful experience. Arriving early before the 3 PM check-in time, I enjoyed an incredible brunch at Brasserie, featuring a fantastic seafood buffet. Satish provided excellent service, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I was allowed early check-in, and the room was impressive – spacious, fresh-smelling, with automatic curtains that added a touch of luxury. Mani from housekeeping ensured everything was well-stocked, including complimentary sodas, and checked if I needed anything. The room’s modern features, like the curtain controls, and the stunning views, especially during sunset, were highlights. Lazuli, the poolbar offered a relaxing ambiance with chill drinks, great service from Bathu, and an awesome girl DJ, making it a perfect evening hangout. My sleep on the big, firm bed was superb, followed by a sustainable breakfast experience where ordering minimized food waste. I understood the concept and have no complaints. The spa was another standout. The Filipino receptionist warmly convinced me to try the Hot Stone massage, which was expertly delivered by Sadia. The spacious, modern facilities and breathtaking views added to the overall relaxation. While the bidet in the toilet could use some adjustment for easier handling, everything else was great. The highlight of my stay, however, was undoubtedly Brasserie’s brunch – a hidden gem worth discovering that day!

Perfect team at la Brasserie during breakfast, lunch and dinner with Mjay, Leshe', Raul and Chesne and lovely staff for housekeeping. Will not forget this excellent food and desserts. Good team also at Savant for happy hours drinks, thanks for negroooni! 0 point for Jessie at the reception. Come 3 times for a parcel. 1st time, told me wait for a long time, gone to my room. 2nd time told me was delivered at the room..it wasnt. Then 3rd time, she took another customers who was after me. Finally, she asked me to go see the package in the luggage room with the concierge. I was shocked about this procedure. A really bad experience, I do not recommend this person at all. She pretends not to see me for check out and finally came outside to tell me you're leaving today because your checkout is tomorrow.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a different room type that was cheaper than what I had booked. I had to change rooms three times. Phone calls went unanswered. The location was inconvenient. The hotel was new and clean.

Visited with my son for work at JLT. Hotel is located very oddly at one end of JLT away from all other buildings. Construction work was still going on around the hotel. Hotel entrance is oddly on the 6th parking level of the building with offices and residence access from 5th parking level, so not so easy to make understand the taxi driver's. The entrance lobb on 6th is nice and large, service staff is helpful and polite. Hotel room have to be accessed by changing elevator wasting time. The room allocated on arrival was with no privacy and open bathroom. Requested change of room with bathroom having a wall. 60+% rooms in the hotel are said to have no curtain or privacy for bathrooms, making sharing the room with someone uneasy. The food at the hotel was nothing like served by 5* hotels around Dubai. Spread was very limited especially for vegetarian Indians. If you have the following points and issue, consider staying elsewhere: A) no bathroom privacy B) no direct access to hotel lobby or to rooms C) no good spread for vegetarian Indians D) not easy to access by foot, metro but only by taxi and that too after doing a big round and round driving from JLT.

Wonderful stay in this hotel, 15 mins to Expo Dubai , 15 mins to Dubai hills mall, quick place , friendly staff.

I’m living near the hotel and have been curious about it for a while, so we decided to stay. It’s newly built, and everything inside is clean and new, making it very comfortable. Mr.Paul welcomed me with a wonderful smile at check-in. There are security staff near every elevator who are always kind and helpful. The room was lovely, and I had a relaxing time. At one point, I couldn't figure out how to connect the Chromecast, so I contacted guest services. The staff member who helped was very courteous. Breakfast is not buffet-style but ordered from a menu. It was very delicious, and the view from the restaurant was fantastic! Waiter Mr.Hement provided perfect service, making for a wonderful start to the day. The hotel's atmosphere was excellent, but above all, the staff's hospitality was truly impressive and touching! I also working in the hospitality industry and had stayed at many five-star hotels, but the staff level here is very high. I will definitely come back again! To all the staff, keep up the great work! :)

It’s a relatively new hotel near JLT Dubai. Not walking distance to JLT but near. The staffs at the main lobby were friendly greeting you when you arrived in the limousine. 2 Staffs at the reception was slow and inflexible. They did not take deposit during my check in and when I need to have just a coffee and bread at the lobby, I couldn’t sign the cost to my room. I came down without my bag hence I didn’t had cash or card to pay for that meal. The staff at the lobby cafe just said sorry she couldn’t serve, till I had to say it is just a coffee and bread, I wouldn’t run away right and I still have a few nights stay in the hotel. I had to run to the reception to get the staff to inform the lobby cafe staff so I could quickly have my meal and go out for my meeting. Anyway this is disappointing.

Great experience. A luxurious hotel with good amenities. Only downside is the bathroom has no doors or any wall for privacy. This is not a family friendly hotel

Nice stay, get a free upgrade studio room at the highest floor from Yaman. All hotel staff, directors and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Will be back when I travel to Dubai again 😊😊
