I did not stay here! When I arrived in the parking lot I realized this was very much a motel. I should have paid attention better when I booked the room. But the doors to the “lobby” to check it were like a store front to a gas station and the doors were locked. There was a window where you would talk to some one but no one was there. There was a towel shoved in the opening at the bottom of the window and phone sitting there. A sign on the window said to dial “0” to get help and check in. I did not feel safe at all and just got in my car and drove away. I may not get back my $100 but there was no way I was staying there as a woman traveling alone.

This was the cleanest place I have stayed. It is close to Amish country. It is also pet friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were changed out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. He made sure we were happy with our room. I would definitely stay again. The area is safe.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed here twice in a week on 2 different occasions. During my first stay, my room had no toilet paper and several items of trash remaining in the room leaving me to think the room was not properly cleaned after the previous guest. My 2nd stay was much better and the difference in cleanliness was night and day. Overall, decent stay for a no-frills hotel.

The updates to the property were nice, new carpet, and flooring. However their were plumbing issues, the toilet leaked at the base (not clean water)…and you could tell the floor was soft there probably from water damage :/. Shower was hot and good water pressure. I went to use the hair dryer and it started to catch fire, literally. There was no one available to talk to around 9:40 at the front desk, so I left a note with the room keys. The staff was friendly at check in. And maybe another room would have been better luck. It was quiet and felt like a safe area.

Room was not as pictured!! Wallpaper peeling of the wall, spiders in every corner, shower was not clean, items left in fridge. Cracked floor tiles on unlevel floor in bathroom pinching feet when stepped on. Maintenence not kept up, run down, carpet very old and stained. Had to clean the remote before it could be used. Only one gentleman handling everything who couldn't keep up with, check inn's, cleaning rooms and Maintenance.

This photo is from the back side, beyond the RR tracks. (Note that I didn't hear any trains while staying here.) The font-desk man was very bnice and seemed to genuinely want me to be happy with my room and my stay. I don't know if he's the main person who takes care of check-ins, but he was great. The first room I was shown had a little bit of a smoky smell (maybe the previous occupants had been smoking just outside the door? because it was a non-smoking room) and had some stains on the ceiling, but then I was shown a second room that I had no complaints about at all. It was clean and comfortable, with the usual basic room amenities, and I had a very good stay there.
