También había un ascensor disponible para llegar a todos los pisos para no registrar el equipaje hasta las escaleras. "No lift, steep stairs, basement room, the room looked like it haven’t had anyone stayed for a long time, there were BIG spiders, webs, and a long worms/insect found inside the main toilet bowl (scared the hell out of me), on the surface looks decent, this building in general really looks like not many guests stayed at this place during my time of stay. Towels some were stained with blue spots, and one was moist which i dont know why. The location was a little far off from the central by walk as well. I was expecting a proper navigation place, but the reception was in the restaurant? There weren’t any signages so it was hard to find, the accommodation is at a different building, took quite a short walk carrying all my stuff, BAD WIFI, you cant get anything in living room, had to return back to rooms for a stronger signal. Good points: has alot of kitchen utensils and appliances so if you’re into cooking while you’re here then it’ll be useful, and there’s a tub, big space, the reception/manager/owner?? Were pretty friendly. Basically, it is not a proper “hotel” nor listed as “airbnb”, outside the building it was listed as Guesthouse, so just don’t expect much from it"

Las habitaciones y las puertas delanteras son sin claves y operadas por códigos que no es un problema, sólo toma una foto de la carta de bienvenida en su teléfono antes de salir. El hotel no tiene un restaurante ni un bar, pero hay un lindo lugar a la puerta de la cena (incluido el desayuno)."

"This hotel was dirty and old also far from everything. The reception staff was incredibly impolite. They gave us a room very far from the elevator, and when we finally arrived, the key card didn’t work. I had to drag all my luggage back to the reception desk. The receptionist reset the card without even apologizing. The rudest part was that she wrote the room number on a piece of paper again, acting as if it were my mistake! The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the variety of fruits at breakfast. So, if you are planning to book this hotel, do it only for the fruits."

"The location is on the promenade but a 30 minute walk from Douglas centre, there was not a lot in the immediate vicinity. Parking is on street (with restrictions) and hit and miss with space for our motorcycles not always available outside the hotel. The interior of the hotel is a little tired. Three of us stayed in a family room with two single beds and a bunk bed the room size was adequate but on entering it had a strong cooking type smell which remained throughout our stay. The flush on the toilet didn’t work properly, the shower was over the bath which was awkward to get in and out of and the bath itself seemed to be of thin plastic and had a little give when standing in it. The weather was hot yet the room windows had security wires preventing them from being opened more than a few inches, there was no fan and the room was stifling during the day and hot through the night. Apart from at the time of our arrival we never saw a member of staff for our entire stay. Breakfast was only available between 8am and 9am so we did not visit the restaurant. This was a last minute booking and as such our choice was limited and the hotel provided us with the night time accommodation we needed for a week but I would not return."
