"We stayed from 04/ to 16 August in this property located in a panoramic position near the famous Ispinigoli cave. Our experience was more than positive starting from the abundant breakfast, with a wide choice of both sweet and savory products at K.m 0 served on a panoramic terrace from which to enjoy a fantastic view of both the lush Mediterranean scrub and the Gulf of Orosei. On the same terrace in the evening we dined with excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine, of a high quality level, we tried the whole menu and we did not find a dish to not recommend. The hotel is family run where availability, kindness and courtesy are the masters. A special note must be dedicated to Mr. Pietro, a person who we could define as out of the ordinary, a truly exquisite person. To conclude with a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei. Highly recommended."

"El hotel está muy limpio y el personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. El desayuno es normal. El aparcamiento cuesta 15 euros al día, pero se puede aparcar gratis en la calle, cerca del hotel. El hotel está a unos 1,3 km del puerto y hay un autobús lanzadera que te lleva allí cada hora de 9:30 a 19:00. Se puede ir andando, pero hay que subir una cuesta al volver. Nuestra habitación da a la carretera principal y algunas motos eran muy ruidosas. También resulta curioso que cobren (unos 2 euros) por rellenar la botella de agua, alegando que es para ayudar al medio ambiente, cuando se puede comprar una botella de agua por menos de 1 euro en cualquier tienda. Nos alojamos en otro hotel y tenían políticas similares. Me parece que están ganando dinero en nombre de la protección del medio ambiente. Si de verdad es por la protección del medio ambiente, sugeriría que ofrecieran la recarga gratuita."

"A really wonderful place. It is very scenic and we loved staying there. The spots are also very personalised and spacious. Animals make it so much nicer too and they offer a lot of extra things. It's hard to be bored! 😊 The only suggestion is perhaps to tell the visitors the time of quiet time on the campsite. On one of the nights after the traditional dinner some people were very loud until very late at night."

"Un hotel muy agradable para alojarse durante una visita al golfo de Orosei. Habitaciones limpias, luminosas y muy acogedoras (nos alojamos en una habitación familiar, que era bastante espaciosa y tenía un balcón precioso con vistas al mar). El personal fue muy amable, especialmente en el restaurante :) atento, educado y rápido. ¡Gracias! Coincido con otras reseñas: el aire acondicionado es algo débil, podría ser mejor. El desayuno es bastante básico, pero sabroso. Lo que más nos gustó fueron las cenas (a la carta): buena variedad y comida deliciosa."

Los dos últimos días nos quitaron la mesa que teníamos asignada desde el primer día para nuestro desayuno y cena y se la dieron a otros clientes. La comida pésima, lo mejor del restaurante la Pizza y el pizzero Pascual un excelente profesional."

"The hotel is only nice in pictures. But the owners do not know how to run it so that the guests feel good. The rooms are nice and clean but... the cleaning lady hung our dirty towels, which we threw on the floor again on the hanger. This is a scandal... People from nearby cities are allowed into the pool and it is very loud and hotel guests have nowhere to lie down and relax by the pool, because everything is occupied by guests from outside the hotel... drama... It should not be like this, it was supposed to be an oasis of peace and there were only nerves and shouts of people from outside.The pool has dirty and torn mattresses and no one is watching over it. Everything is very different from the photos on the website. In front of the cottages there are broken and very uncomfortable chairs. Basically, there is nowhere to sit there. And if there were sun loungers, you could relax in front of the cottage when the pool is always busy... and as it is, we had to relax outside the hotel. I have a beautiful, large house and for me these conditions are very poor and the owner does not care about the details so that everyone feels special, only the number of guests counts, not the quality... Guests often do not have a table for breakfast and there is chaos... Very disappointed and tired of this place. I will never return and feel cheated. I do not recommend it and it is rather a hotel for undemanding guests!!!"

"We were there in December after a wonderful journey from Nuoro through the Supramonte area to Olbia. Accommodation with three nice rooms, large bathroom, small balcony from the bathroom; Excellent breakfast and very lovely care; Anna and her husband are great hosts; The three rooms are in the second floor (modern, new house) Supermarket directly at the house. Safe parking. From here you can make both fantastic tours to the bay/strands on the coast but also demanding to adventured trekking tours in the area of the Supermonte. Ask Anna and her husband for tips; the place itself offers some open restaurants in the secondary season. The rooms are simply recommendable."

"Tenia una reserva en este hotel de 3 noches para primeros de agosto. El día que llegamos al hotel llegamos por la tarde noche sobre las 21 horas, al entrar en la habitación vimos una cucaracha, vimos que estaba la ventana abierta y pensamos que quizás se había colado por ahí. Somos de Asturias, sabemos lo que son los bichos, la matamos y nos pusimos a cerrar la ventana donde justo a la lado apareció otra, la matamos también. Nos duchamos y salimos a cenar. Cuando a la 1 de la madrugada regresamos al hotel cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando vemos un montón de cucarachas colándose tras las puerta y en una puertecilla que estaba detrás de la puerta, lógicamente nos fuimos, como es un hotel que no tiene recepción 24 horas, cosa que me parece tercer mundista con lo que cobran, no pudimos dejar constancia de que nos íbamos. A esas horas de la madrugada en pleno agosto, nos vimos prácticamente que tendríamos que dormir en el coche. Finalmente dimos con un pequeño hotel donde quedarnos, que no nos salió precisamente barato. Quiero decir que yo trabajo en una agencia de viajes, entonces en ese mismo instante les mande un mail tanto al hotel como a mi proveedor que también voy a nombrar porque no se esta portando nada bien por si algún compañero lo veo que se piense mucho el trabajar con ellos (SOLOLE) , exponiéndoles lo ocurrido para que lo vieran por la mañana cuando alguien estuviese en recepción, porque como de noche no hay nadie. Y lógicamente solicitando el reembolso de 2 noches ( ya siendo bueno, no las 3 que inicialmente pague, porque entiendo que ese día hice uso de la ducha ) y me responden que no es posible que me ofrecen cambiarme a otro hotel lógicamente lo rechace porque ya había pagado el pequeño hotel que encontramos por la noche. Vamos a devolver las llaves y me dice la chica de recepción que su jefa dice que no al reembolso, pero bueno que como trabajo en la agencia que seguro que lo arreglo a través de mi proveedor. Pues ahora casi un mes después me veo sin reembolso, dudando de mi palabra y puedo garantizar que el hotel no esta en las condiciones que debería estar, y sorprendentemente acabo de ver una opinión que cuenta lo mismo que esta lleno de cucarachas y que se alojaron después de mi. Entonces no me queda otra que tomar las medidas oportunas y poner la reclamación oficial a través del centro del consumidor europeo, y las medidas legales oportunas. Porque la noche que pasamos no nos lo quita nadie y yo como trabajadora en el sector pienso menos mal que me paso a mi y no a uno de mis clientes. Y además adjunto por aquí una foto para que si puedo que alguien no se aloje en ese hotel, pues misión cumplida"

"Estructura frente de la cuna. Muy cómodo para embarcaciones viajes a las diferentes calles de la zona. Personal muy amable y disponible. Habitaciones y espacios comunes muy limpios. Desayuno salado y dulce muy rica. Excelente calidad de la comida. Wifi a veces no funcionaba bien. Girando en barco propuesto por el hotel muy bonito, con sosas en calles no muy abundantes."

"Lovely family run hotel. Stayed for a week May 2023 on half board. Had a side Seaview room with Balcony. Large room and large new shower. Modern and clean. Comfortable mattress and pillows. (most important for us) Breakfast- cereals, croissants toast fresh honeycomb, jams. Homemade cakes. Cold meats, fruit, juice and coffee. Not as good as Evening meal. Evening meal - large 3 courses with a choice Amazing Risotto for starter. I did try to have as a main but Waiter was so polite he waited for me to finish. Half Board just pay for drinks. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Lovely seafront location. Beaches around all seem to be fine shingle not sand. Cala Gonone is at the bottom of a 5km zigzag road fairly recent. Don't use Google maps to go a different way out as this was a narrow scary road. You need a car to stay here. Parking on streets was sometimes available but there is a car park which is €5 a night. Lots of boat trips from the harbour. Very pretty but was 1 or 2 too many beach stops for us over 60. We didn't pay extra to do walk in the large cave. Happy we stayed here doesn't deserve negative reviews. "

"The lady who greeted us (I guessed she was the owner) was extremely unfriendly. Because I forgot to select "having a child" when booking the hotel, she looked unhappy and said there were three of us. I explained that I hadn't noticed this requirement when booking, and that we could share a bed with the child and pay extra. I had already offered to pay for the child, but she still looked reluctant, muttering, "Of course you can share one bed with your kid..." I asked her how we could check in, and she charged me 135 euros. She kept looking unhappy and muttering throughout the entire visit, but when a foreigner next to her asked her a question, she turned around and greeted them with a smile. I suspect she has a prejudice against Chinese people. 3000 RMB per night, zero service, and a consistently unfriendly attitude. When checking out, I asked her where to catch the bus back to the airport (there's only one bus from town back to Olbja, running four times a day). She actually said she didn't know, which was unbelievable! How could a hotel owner not know such important travel information? Fine, if she didn't know, she didn't know, but she kept muttering that there were only two stops… After checking out, we strolled along the beach for a while and sat on some lounge chairs and parasols with the hotel's name on them. She then told us that we needed to make a reservation to sit there, specifically emphasizing that we could continue sitting there now but we would need to pay. I told her I was leaving Calagone soon, and she still had a long face, standing there staring at us with a discriminatory expression. So I don't know if the parasols are charged for all hotel guests or what. In short, a very unpleasant experience. I suggest Ctrip remove this hotel from its Chinese website."
