The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean, on-site parking very secure and breakfast very tasty with plenty of options for both food and drink. One of the best premier inns we have stayed at and location was ideal

Hotel as expected having stayed in many over the years and stayed here before. We had booked the evening meal, but received a call from the hotel staff saying restaurant was closed and could they book another restaurant for us. Found this very professional.

Good points - Nice hotel in nice area. Clean room. Comfy beds and pillows (duvet too hot). Staff were all really nice. Breakfast was mostly ok but best on the morning it was cooked to order. Check out at 12. Bad points - room temp minimum on air con controls was 19?? I had to keep the window open in the night but it was raining which wasn’t an issue but something outside was dripping loudly so then I had to shut the window at 3am both nights because it was annoying and then I was too hot…. I had ear plugs and could hear the dripping through them. I didn’t complain because I don’t think it’s the staffs fault something was dripping but I think premier inn should do something about room temperature controls. Awful tv! Doesn’t go loud enough and hardly any channels. I’d probably stay here again though because the good points outweigh the bad. The staff really make this hotel though. They’re all really approachable and friendly and nothing seemed like too much hassle when I needed something.
