I recently stayed at the Foison Jewel Grand Hotel in Shanghai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and comfortable. However, I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast buffet. While the quality of the food was good, the variety of options in the "all-you-can-eat" spread was somewhat limited. A wider selection would have made the experience even better.

2. Robot help to deliver orders to room, so we not need to go lobby to collect the delivery. Very convenient 👍.

1. Hotel’s renovation look abit old/ aged although advertised it is 4 star selected hotels in Hengdian world studio.
Remark: We booked family room which included two adult tickets and one child ticket. Refer to online comments, people said can top up money to change the child ticket to adult ticket, but we were unable to do it.

It is my best experience ever. The staffs are really enthusiastic and friendly. They help me every time and everywhere. I feel touched. From a ver far away place to hengdian but feel like being welcomed as at home. The hotel clean, the staffs are excellent. Thank you for providing me a feeling home away from home.

酒店前台很熱情，進酒店就問好，超有禮貌的，前台還給了養生茶~薑茶真的超温暖~在寒冷的冬日來一杯薑茶真的很不錯誒~前台小哥哥很帥哦~房間還有水果，還有給我了退房小禮物~而且交通便利，離景區也很近，還給我耐心介紹景區~下次帶家人還來~酒店現在過年氛圍真的滿滿的。

位置：我們自駕，所以覺得酒店離幾個景區都不太遠，位置適中。
服務：工作人員都很熱情哦。會提前詢問幾點到並提前將空調開着，進房間就很暖哦
衞生：很乾凈，第二天也及時打掃整理。
這次住店還碰上了幾個明星，雖然叫不出名字，但有其他粉絲認出上前合影的。
