The stay overall was satisfactory until the final day, when I encountered a couple of issues that caused significant inconvenience. On the night of my check-in, I requested an extra pillow as I have lower back pain. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When the staff finally came to explain, I was informed that the extra pillow had been given to another guest who had requested it after me. I found this to be unfair and disappointing, as my request was made earlier and for a genuine reason. To make matters worse, on the last day, when I had a flight to catch, there was a complete lack of water on the first floor. This unexpected situation disrupted my preparations and made it quite challenging to get ready for my journey. That being said, I really love the vibes here overall. Plus or minus, I will still consider coming back.

Good location where near to the KK International Airport, around 7-8 minutes by grab's car. Very good service and clean room. Will choose to stay again next time. Recommended!

Great Stay with Minor Inconveniences I recently stayed at Grapevine garden and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient. The check in and check out process was fast. The room was comfortable, but there were a couple of areas for improvement. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, which made showers a bit frustrating. Additionally, the towels had a bit of a smell, which could be addressed. Despite these minor issues, I still had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again for the convenience and overall comfort.

Clean and quiet place to stay, toilet is big enough and convenient for senior citizens or big size people to move around. But no luck to see any grapes growing on the rack only....haha

its only 6mins distance from airport to grapevine garden by grab👍 hotel is accept early check in Rm10/hour btw the following check in time at 2pm. very suitable for the transit time more than 5-8 hours、its a nice place to take a good rest check out by yourself anytime，juz drop the key in the basket which prepare on the table at front desk👍 free and easy👍will be back here again👍

I’ve stayed at Grapevine Garden Hotel many times, especially because my parents love it here. The experience has generally been good, but this time was a bit disappointing. Whenever I book, I always leave a special note mentioning that I’m traveling with my parents and requesting a lower ground room since the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Unfortunately, my request was ignored this time, which made things inconvenient for us. Plus, the bed was too soft, and the pillows were not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I really hope the hotel takes note of these small but important details to maintain the comfort and service that kept us coming back. I still appreciate the overall ambiance and past positive experiences, but I hope to see improvements in responsiveness to guest requests in the future.
