I recently stayed in a hotel. The overall experience was very good, which left a deep impression on me. Here, I would like to share my good comments, hoping to be helpful to other travellers. First of all, I want to mention the service quality of this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a warm and friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff JO and Xiao Deng received me warmly and provided me with a detailed check-in guide. During the whole stay, both room service and restaurant service were very professional and thoughtful, which made me feel at home. Next is the guest room environment, which is simply great! The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, warm and comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, so that I can enjoy a good sleep every night. In addition, the room is fully equipped, including air conditioning, TV, high-speed network connection, etc., which fully meets my travel needs. When it comes to catering flavours, I must give a thumbs up to the restaurant in this hotel! There are many kinds of food here, including authentic local food and international dishes. I tried their signature dishes and some special snacks. They tasted so good that I ate them happily. In addition, the service of the restaurant is also very thoughtful. The waiter always answers my questions patiently to ensure that I enjoy a pleasant dining experience. In terms of geographical location, this hotel is located in the city centre, with convenient transportation and many surrounding attractions. Whether it is shopping or visiting tourist attractions, it is very convenient. There are also many restaurants and shops near the hotel, which meet my shopping and leisure needs. In terms of complete facilities, this hotel has also done a very good job. The gym, swimming pool, conference room and other facilities are all available, so that I can stay healthy during the journey and successfully complete business activities. In addition, the hotel's parking lot is also very spacious, which provides convenience for self-driving travellers. The sanitary situation is also an aspect that I am very concerned about. The sanitary condition of this hotel is very good. Both the guest rooms and the public areas are kept clean and tidy. This makes me feel at ease during the journey without worrying about hygiene. Finally, I would like to talk about the cost-effective price of this hotel. Although the price is slightly higher than the market average, considering the high-quality service, comfortable rooms and delicious dining, I think it is a good-for-money hotel. Here, you can enjoy a high-quality accommodation experience and make the journey more enjoyable. The attitude of the staff also impressed me during this check-in. Whether it is the front desk, room service or restaurant staff, they are very enthusiastic and professional. They always smile and answer my questions patiently, which makes me feel the warmth of home. This attitude of employees undoubtedly adds a lot to the quality of the hotel. KTV club nearby hotel way too noisy at the evening..even though high floor can heard..terrible..not an idea to stay with such noisy that last over 2am

I had a spacious room with a sitting corner. There is a small "kitchenette" equipped with microwave, fridge and kettle. The bathroom has a big walk-in shower. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast has mainly local options. Plenty of local restaurants can be found within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff is welcoming and helpful but their knowledge of English is limited. Recommended for business trips in this area of Dongguan.

Nice new hotel with spacious room. I booked a king size bedroom with sofa bed. The sofa bed was big enough and comfortable for a big adult. Coffee and tea were provided at the lobby anytime, and the room was equipped with espresso coffee machine which was a added convenience. The breakfast was nice with good variety and quality. The front desk was very helpful too. A couple of improvements are: The window of the room was dusty and the WiFi registration process was difficult with unclear instruction. For eg, it asked for Last name, but I was then told that it actually required full name.

The service is good and the room is nice. I stayed in this hotel for several times and I do like it.

Stayed in 2 Double Beds Studio Suite, room is spacious and clean, with high tech A/C and auto curtain. Instructions provided both in Chinese and English so easy for foreigners as well. Hotel is new and both hardware and software (services) excellent. Breakfast surprisingly good with good varieties. Free coffee in lobby as well as PC with printers so very well thought of for business travellers. Free parking and and also charing stations within the car park, so easy for those ride in EV.

This hotel is totally new, modern style and rooms are very clean. My room have high tech AC and automatic curtains, which are easy to use for foreigners too. The staff is super kind and they put extra effort to make my stay comfortable and make smooth communication. They are so polite that they translate all to my native language which is really rare nowadays. Special thanks to Mr. Liu 柳宇涛for communication and Miss. Deng for efficient check and smooth stay here in Dongguan.

Nice clean hotel with nice staff. Victoria was very helpful especially. Breakfast has a choice of Chinese and western flavor. Amenities were great. The location is not the best if you’re looking for close by restaurants and bars but highway is close.
