Sin la fianza, la habitación es muy cómoda, es que la máquina de café está temporalmente rota para reparar, todo el resto está bien. Instalaciones: El cuarto tiene balcón, la mitad de la ciudad, la mitad del mar, super hermoso!

El operador renovó nuestra reserva, sinceramente nos habían ofrecido dos locaciones en hoteles cercanos pero no aceptamos irnos, ya sabes, estamos muy bien aquí y quería agradecerte una vez más y felicitarte a ti y a todo el equipo por el servicio que nos ofrecen cada día, todas las familias del grupo están encantadas y esto vale la pena decírtelo, vuestra tarea es excelente! We celebrated my husband's birthday at this hotel. They were able to arrange something in our room; they surprised my husband with balloons and a very delicious cake, and of course they also provided something for my daughter; it was a very cute tent, and she was really amazed. Our room was so elegant and nice, with a nice view. As for the hotel's services, they were simply amazing. From the time we checked in, Prosper was really accommodating to us, and even Viveka, Kristel, Cef, and Suhaila made our stay so comfortable. We were treated really well. The Ritz Kids Club was also amazing; my daughter wanted to stay there as much as she could. Of course, who wouldn't love it when the kids can get marshmallows, cookies, cakes, and gummy bears as much as they want, but of course with supervision as well. They have so many activities for kids. But what we love the most are the swimming pools and the beach; it was really nice and relaxing. To sum it up, we had a really fantastic time in this hotel, which is probably the best hotel we have stayed in so far. We will surely come back.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for family to attend the AFC finals. The main reason behind this choice was the cowvineniat location 10 min from the final stadium and the claimed 24 hr mall(which turned to be a hypermarket, no even pharmacy or atm machine). We arrived around 17.30 which should be convenient time for check in. But the reception had only 1 receptionist who was thriving to assist everyone, which was too hard. Later on she had Nisreen who attended us and was trying to allocate our twin preferred rooms. She was so nice altough too much pressurized by the demand of guests unlike Hamza who was so rigid in dealing with us. At last we got 2 rooms one with king and 1 ready twin and other was collected after 1 hour. Strangely, due to the structure of the hotel, the higher you go the smaller your room became 🙈i totally understand that if the view shall compensate but unfortunately due the steel design it does not at all. So i ended up with small king room and obstructed view. I was fine due to the quick stay and high demand. Morning i found out there was no hot water in the shower !!! Here it really comes on my nervous. I called requesting room change and was promised this shall take place at noon. Breakfast in the hotel is too normal. Nothing to highlight. I packed up so they can transfer my luggage to the new room and came back around 15.15!! And apparently no one had any action toward my demand. Nisreen again was so nice to assist me and get me another nicer room with a working shower! And she accompanied me to the room ensuring everything is fine and had complimentary cake and fruit to us too. She is the only person who seems to care about the guest impression about the hotel. Finally we settled in, rooms are generally specious don’t get higher floors. Acceptable cleaning level. Soundproofing is too bad! I could hear the noise in the street and corridor. We can hear other rooms through the joining door too! Bathroom is specious with generous amenities. In room dining is affordable but low quality. We tried kids sliders, pasta and mozerlla sticks were not that good. Pizza was fine. Checking out was easy.

Fantástico hotel, con una playa de sueño, alberca grande y templada las habitaciones de lujo y muy espaciosas pero lo mejor fue el servicio, desde la recepcion. Hasta los chicos del desayuno todos siempre con una sonrisa en especial jane y ashok todo el tiempo nos dieron un trato como de jeckes !!! En general recomendamos mucho este hotel para viajes en familia !!

Las instalaciones y la higiene son perfectas y todo es nuevo y inteligente. La máquina de champán de la habitación es favorita, puede elegir el olor que quieres. Puede que no haya muchos huéspedes en el hotel en otoño. No hay nadie más en los días de la estancia para el desayuno. El servicio del restaurante es muy bueno. La torta de champán para el desayuno es muy impresionante. El servicio de habitaciones inadecuado en Estados Unidos y China es deficiente y la capacidad de respuesta a problemas de emergencia es insuficiente, ¿puede ser la razón de un nuevo hotel?

La Sra. Marry Joy fue una hermosa dama dando lo más que podía para asegurarse de que nuestras comidas de desayuno estaban de la mejor calidad, y darnos la mejor experiencia, no menos que ella era amable y trata a todos con un sonrisa en su cara incluso en horas de ruido. Es una persona divertida que te gusta estar ahí.

He comenzado a vivir con mi familia Le Meridien Royal Doha Residences por un año. Es una gran experiencia. El lugar tiene una vista maravillosa, cómoda y bien diseñada. Especialmente el personal es increíblemente amable, útil y profesional. Gracias especialmente a la Sra. Hanen y la Sra. Rizza por todo.

Visited Doha during the FIFA World Cup and had the best hospitality experience while staying at Retaj Residence, the front office team are very well organized and helpful. Met the General Manager Mr Ahmed Mokhtar and he assisted us with the stay and arranged everything for us as being at home. A great leader and a great staff working there, keep it up 👍
