Great for its price. The service was really good too. Helped me get a SIM card and any other needs. The lady working lovely

That place wasn’t worth of the money I paid. The worse place I’ve ever stayed worse than 3rd world country. The bed sheets wasn’t replace and I have to request a new sheets and pillow cases. The bed has stained and I slept on one side of the bed trying to avoid the side with stain on it. It was a one night stay and it was a horrible experience.

Great place to stay. A bit far from the metro stations but within walking distance if the viewpoints and the bay areas also the souq is like 15 mins walk.

距離地鐵站稍遠步行需要較長時間，辦理入住時間為半夜十二點前面有三組客人要辦入住等了蠻久的感覺人力有點不夠，但是行李服務的小哥很有熱忱，房間超大很舒服，但感覺有點空空的，很大的房間塞一張孤獨的床的感覺，設備比較老舊一點，似乎沒有餐廳

態度一般，條件還可以吧，但是性價比還不錯。

The room was great, easily accessible with shops nearby. Room had room amenities for one person and my reservation was for 2 however I did not request for more. The room had a sitting area and a kitchenette, the shower was having issues coming only from the bottom tap not reaching up the shower, someone came to show us a trick to do to use the shower from the shower itself

I have always been a loyal guest at this hotel, but my recent stay was extremely disappointing. During check-in, the Guest Service Agent named Maureen was very rude and completely unprofessional. Her attitude and behavior made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I genuinely considered canceling my reservation. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a hotel I used to trust and recommend. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. I booked for double room but When I checked in, they assigned me a twin room without saying anything to me. Just give a room key. Actually they should be informed me that double room is not available or something. This is look like no respect to me or careless something. So I did not feel any hospitality or friendly manner on staff.And room is not clean very well . I found a chip drinking glass in near basin but not comfortable.
