I stayed over Eid holiday. What an excellent property and amazing service. It is unique to finally feel the teamwork among the staff. great to see the GM engaged with the customers, you can find him everywhere. The condition of the hotel is excellent, easy going, and smooth stay.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay 🤍 Everything was smooth - bell desk was really helpful and assisting, they helped me when I came to check room and first and then next day upon check - in they assist me with my luggage - which was heavy and it was too many bags. Also many many thanks to a really nice receptionist who checked me in - a friendly girl Renata! She made me feel welcomed 🥹🤍

We had a marvelous weekend 2 weeks ago and we really enjoyed our stay. Friendly service, thanks to Siwar, Renate and Abigael. We will definitely come back! We had a cozy breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Stayed at the Element for 3 months when we moved to Doha with the family. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The breakfast team are especially great - Zaka, Junelyn and Abdulaziz really make you feel welcome every day! We will miss them when we checkout. Three reception staff and maintenance are also great. We had a small issue with our oven recently and within 20 minutes they had replaced it with a new one. Highly recommend the Element City Center

The hotel itself is a good location. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff friendly and accommodating, especially Eya However the breakfast experience was horrible, over crowded and not enough food and place to sit inside, i really recommend they put more structure into this and make a bigger effort. I asked for orange juice and was told by a staff member its finished… as was everything else. I was not so impressed by the pool area. The pool was very shallow and mainly catering gor kids or families

We had a great weekend escapade and glad that we chose Element City Center. We really enjoyed the comforts of their beautiful apartment. Sincere thanks to Mr Rami and Abigael for making our staycation special, Staff are friendly and attentive - Mariam amd Yousra.

I had a stay at element for my business meetings and trip , I must say that this hotel is wonderful you feel like home. Specially the staff Eya , Renata and Viktor manager are wonderful they treat you like family and support and resolve your all issues. Specially Eya , she is professional and very supportive. Location is perfect! In addition to being located in the city centre, the hotel is close to shops and restaurants. There is a DECC metro station and a bus stop nearby. Furthermore, the airport is easily accessible. The facilities are clean and modern. In addition to being within walking distance of the metro station, the location also offers convenient access to various modes of transportation. There are several bus stops nearby, and taxi services are readily available. Furthermore, for those who prefer to drive, there is ample parking space in the vicinity. 10/10 We received a warm welcome from the moment we walked in until the moment we departed. Siwar, Yosra, you were awesome! My issues were resolved in the blink of an eye! Thank you very much. . There is no doubt that you are an asset to Elements. Keep up the good work. Our family and friends will also be returning to Elements this year. Definitely a 10. Internet: I had problems connecting to the internet; Siwar contacted the IT specialist immediately. Joseph performed a great job and patiently guided me through the entire process if I had any issues. IT personnel's knowledge and expertise: 10/10 Connectivity: 8/10 TV- Not much variety of programmes to watch. 5/10 Housekeeping: A very energetic team. Respectful and professional. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are very clean. On the flip side, we had to ask for toilet paper a couple of times. Bed linens, particularly the underlay, should be scrutinised more thoroughly before use (I would be happy to elaborate on this). It would be beneficial to monitor the guest toilet downstairs more closely, especially the floor. A good scrub is needed. 6.5/10. Maintenance Team (Electrical): Always on hand! Thanks. 10/10 Wise Bar: I went to the Wise Bar at the wrong time. On my next visit, I'll check it out. Swimming Pool: The pool is indoors and has an attractive ambience. Even though I can't swim, I took a look around.8/10 Spa: Did not visit but I'll be back later this year. Motions Gym: Despite space constraints, the gym is well equipped. 9/10 Restaurant: The food was delicious. Wide choice. The synergy between the restaurant manager, Mr. Zaka, and the team is exceptional. The staff are very knowledgeable, except for an incident where I requested an omelette for two, and I specifically said one without sausage. The team member (name withheld as this review is not to victimise but for improvement; I can be contacted on this) came with 3 plates and could not tell which one was without sausage and walked off. In contrast, the next time I requested an omelette, Sureka had a sheet with various fillings listed. As I said what I wanted, she checked each box, and delivery was smooth. Despite experiencing long queues a few times, I must commend Mr. Zaka and his team for reducing queues and wait times quickly. The restaurant provided an excellent dining experience. Amazing stay

The property is in a good location ,near the shopping centre , the beach is near as well ,very please. The Manager of the restaurant is very polite and welcome the resident and the staff very professional . will book this hotel again and thank you all.

Convenient location with Metrolink bus stop outside the hotel. Rooms are spacious, good layout. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but it's very busy in the morning - not enough space for guests
