Estaba en una ubicación increíble, a un minuto a pie de los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Pizzería, cafetería, bares, Woolies, Aldi, justo al lado del edificio y el centro comercial Dockland a 3 minutos a pie. El aparcamiento público está a 2 minutos a pie. Los apartamentos tienen aparcamiento propio de pago. Servicio de atención al cliente 24/7. Un lugar totalmente seguro. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Las camas de las habitaciones estaban bien, pero el sofá cama no era cómodo; se sentían los muelles pinchándose en la espalda. Éramos 5 personas, así que necesitábamos una cama supletoria, lo cual fue una decepción.

Me alojé varias noches. El fregadero estaba atascado y, a pesar de que limpiaron el apartamento dos veces, nunca lo destaparon; había muchísimo pelo en el desagüe. Ver fotos. El apartamento tenía algo de cocina, pero había muy pocos utensilios, no suficientes para dos personas. Es aceptable si encuentras un buen precio, pero no me volvería a alojar allí. Me fui una noche antes.

Está a aproximadamente 1 minuto a pie de la parada de tranvía. Se encuentra dentro de la zona de tranvía gratuito y a unos 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad. La habitación se limpia a diario. Hay una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada. Además, también se proporciona lavadora y secadora, lo cual nos benefició enormemente. Sin embargo, la insonorización es mejorable; se oían ruidos del pasillo cuando nuestros vecinos volvían tarde por la noche. La cama también es bastante blanda.

I like the location as it’s close to tram, water and shopping centre. The laundry is very handy and I felt as a solo traveller during my entire stay there. The best part for me is that the area is not crowded. You can go out even late night and have some drinks beside the river with nice views.

We were really happy to stay at Quest. Staff were very friendly and nice with us. The studio had everything we needed. Last but not least, we had a beautiful view of the river from our balcony. We recommend Quest !

The best part of staying in Quest NewQuay would be its location, easily accessible to Southern Cross station. I stayed in the room with lovely Bay view. The staffs are friendly. Easy to check in and check out.

room was good, but we werent able to park even tough we mentioned it at booking. Instead they didn’t tell us the truth regarding parking reservation

The front desk staff were friendly, the location was perfect for travellers. We arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in time. Surprisingly, our room is already ready for us, which is really happy. All necessaries have been perfectly stocked and clean. Highly satisfied.

All round positive experience, great price, very hospitable and nice rooms. The showers had poor drainage however and water constantly seeped through causing partial flooding of the bathroom which i had to constantly fix. Besides that would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay. Exceptionally quiet with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Everything very clean and bedding and towels pristine. The Docklands area is lovely and a stones throw away from the apartment is the free tram to and around the centre.  Very helpful reception staff. We liked it so much we have rebooked on our return.

Quest was exceptionally clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. The amenities were fantastic, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the river views were absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend staying here.

For the first time in Melbourne the bus from the airport could have stopped on the other side of the road and I walked around to it. The sign that says QUEST could be a lot larger to see. Cab drivers had no idea where the Quest was located so if they don’t know they live and work here. As it was I had to pay $ 26 to the cbd by bus then $25 back to the hotel. Then the man as I was checking in wanted a $50 payment to make sure that the room was in order. But if you paid cash you didn’t get cash back not right . I was not shown how to use the card in the lift young teenager s helped me I have no clue where the gym was
