Very disappointed with the breakfast service as only 2 of us waited for 30min just to get a seat for us to have breakfast, told the staff to arrange for table, but that didn't happen. We left without having breakfast. Very very bad service even after I told the staff, no proactive action. Please improve."

Location is perfect, cut off from the town, excellent view of hillside, and in the midst of nature. Staff is very courteous. Cook is excellent and cooks exactly as per needs and on time. Games room was excellent for kids, common for both Xanadu properties. Hot water was available readily, heater/blower available in rooms though mightn't be adequate for the temperature. They had big umbrellas available for guests to take ***** for the daytime as needed. Birkenhead has their main office, and Meghadoot is a bit ahead. There is one covered car parking and other cars can park on the approach road. Overall, an amazing experience."
