"Terrible Hotel / Resort with Just A picturesque Location Staff is Terrible, Non - co-operative , un- professional, and haven't been Learned or trained about Hospitality in Life. I have went their with Two Nights Booking but left Hotel with-in Span of 18 Hours. Points - Property is not maintained properly, No cleanliness around the Buildings, Rooms, Lobby, Restaurants. Completely Non Operational Bar. They nothing like Bar inside the property They have nothing Like Gym / Wellness center / or spa ( though it is mentioned on website) don't get misguided by it, Spa is closed after Covid Lockdown - As said by Mr Ashwin ( Receptionist) Terrible Staff - Asking wifi password and i'd from Receptionist Mr ashwin is as compared to Asking his Kidney for donation. No Bell Boy / Staff to support for luggage. Heavy shortage of Staff Rooms are not clean and not worth to pay at any of the category, Bathrooms are not maintained, Showers oth working Properly, Geysers are just for show - not working. NO DRINKING WATER SUPPLY FROM RESORT. Terrible Restaurant - Highly Shortage of Staff, Not well trained and completely Non Professional staff with No Mamager to take Care, Have to wait 40 Mins to Simple Ghee Dosa also, Food is very much Average. Very islotaed type location of property This is Just the rooms and stay - Not a Resort, not worthy to pay, I did this Biggest mistake "

"It is one of the best places you can stay in Kodaikanal.the rooms are very comfortable and well decorated .they have geyser ,room heater,microwave and all other home amenities which makes you feel at home .The service is beyond expectations .the cook and the attendant made sure of our needs.They prepare a large variety of breakfast and you can even ask them if you have any priority. We had dosa ,idli,sambaar ,bread and eggs ,fresh fruits and Paratha as choices for us. If you are a pet lover then they have 4 doggos to keep you company who are very friendly .They would arrange bonfire and barbeque in extra charges and it's worth it .the location is the main attraction although you have to be a skilled driver to drive up through those steep lanes. I would say if you are trying to leave the hustle bustle of the city for 2 days of calm and peace here is where you should head for"

"Tried booking using the contact numbers in their website and could reach one Mr Jayaprakash who gave the number of Mr Mani for Resort booking. Mr Mani assisted me in the booking process and collected some advance payment online for the dates I wanted. After getting the Resort In Charge Ms Mallika contact number, insisted for Suite room and got it booked. Informed Ms Mallika for taking my car from the base to the Resort parking using their driver. Drove via Dindigul, Sembati and Chitraiyu and reached Tranquil Nest Resort base. Ghat section in this route is somewhat risky. Mr Siva took us by our car from the base to the Resort parking. Suite room was neat and clean. Weather was pleasant. Food was prepared as per our choice by Mr Kandasamy and was very tasty. Service provided by the personnel there was very warm and kind. Gym room and Carrom, Ludo, Chess room are also available. TV is available only in this Carrom board room. We visited using local car - Mr Gnasekar, Thandikudi Murugan Temple, Pannaikkadu View Point. Understood that via Pannaikkadu we can reach Kodaikanal road. And other places are Pulla Veli Waterfalls and Pannaikkadu Murugan Temple. We purchased an Ornamental plant, White Pepper, Jackfruit, Butter fruit etc.. After staying two nights in this resort , we returned via Pannaikkadu and Thandikudi Road Section, reached Kodaikanal road and safely returned back home. "

Situación perfecta, cortada de la ciudad, excelente vista de la colina, y en el centro de la naturaleza. El personal es muy cortés. La cocina es excelente y cocina exactamente como por necesidades y en el tiempo. El cuarto de juegos era excelente para niños, común para las dos propiedades Xanadu. El agua caliente estaba disponible fácilmente, el calor/blower disponible en las habitaciones aunque no podría ser adecuado para la temperatura. El hotel tiene una gran camisa de estacionamiento y otros coches pueden estacionar en la carretera de aproximación. En general, una experiencia sorprendente."
