This location is average. Our room was noisy. We heard everything from above us and the door to the stairs each time it opened. I forgot to ask about the return shuttle for park and fly and when I returned I called the hotel and asked about returning shuttle and they said they don’t do that. We took a cab back to pick up our car and seen on the counter at front desk a card with a number to call. Front desk staff should maybe point this out when paying and checking out. Lesson learned! P.S. take a photo of your mileage and your car when you leave for comparison when you return.

This is not a hotel we ever thought we'd stay at! This isn't saying anything negative about the property, just that we only live what is normally a 15 minute drive away! My husband picked me up at work in Moncton, and the roads were so treacherous and visibility so terrible that we had to pull over and were able to get a room at the inn, so to speak. The front desk clerk was very kind, and the hotel even gave a reduced rate because of the storm. The room was immaculate, and smelled fresh. We were given amenities at the front desk because we had not intended to have an overnight stay on the way home from work! We got supper from Tim Horton's next door, and purchased some storm chips and drinks from the front desk. I can't speak to the pool or gym since we obviously didn't come prepared for that, though they looked nice from afar. The bedding, pillows and bed itself were super comfy and we rested well. My favourite thing about the room is the lighting - lots of options and the quality of lighting is really good. I especially liked that there was a wee night light in the bathroom so it was easy to see ones way in the night. The shower was so nice and I liked the products provided. The breakfast was incomplete (I think?)- I surmised that the breakfast attendant may not have made it in for 7:00 a.m. - but there was still bagels, yogurt, nice fresh fruit, toast and such. Just nothing in the warming trays. Definitely extenuating circumstances I think after seeing how much we had to shovel to get into our driveway once we arrived home. Mientras que entre casas en marzo de 2021, me quedé en una de las suites de estancia ampliadas recientemente creadas por dos semanas y fue una gran experiencia! El personal era muy amable y útil (necesito un área grande para trabajar desde entonces me trajeron una mesa extra), la suite estaba muy limpia y bien decorada con pinturas de artistas locales, La suite consistía en un amplio dormitorio con baño completo, un salón con cocina (contador espacial con nevera, microondas, cafetera y platos calientes), y una media bañera adicional. Muchos espacios de armario en el dormitorio y un armario junto a la entrada para abrigos. El gimnasio y el interior estaban abiertos y muy limpios (con un número limitado de huéspedes debido a Covid-19), las máquinas de venta estaban bien almacenadas, el lavavajillas y secador en buenas condiciones de trabajo, y los receptores estaban disponibles para alguna impresión y copia que necesito. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca del centro comercial, de las tiendas de alimento y del camino a pie del Riverfront. ¡Le recomiendo que lo compruebe para su próxima estancia en el área de Moncton!

If you are looking for the best of best in moncton. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Staff members were awesome, breakfast is good, room condition is great and view from the rooms are excellent views.
