Nos quedamos sólo una noche, desgraciadamente. Amamos el lugar. Cuando entramos, pensábamos que sería el centro de la carretera. FALSE! Es un lugar maravilloso, gran arquitectura para piscina con restaurante y jardín. La comida es buena y el desayuno es sumptuoso. La habitación era buena, así como la cama y la ducha. Estabamos realmente felices. Nos encantaría usar las piscinas, sin embargo, con una maravillosa vista al valle con el pequeño río. La próxima vez, si hay alguna :)

I recently stayed at Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Despite booking a Deluxe Room, the hotel was in a very poor condition. As the staff was very welcoming the cleanliness of the room was lacking. It was evident that proper cleaning had not taken place prior to our arrival. The floors were dirty, and there was visible stain on various surfaces. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the higher category room we had chosen. Furthermore, the state of the bathroom was alarming. It was completely covered in mold. The presence of mold not only indicates poor maintenance but also poses health risks for guests. This level of negligence was unacceptable and greatly affected our overall experience. Additionally, the condition of the pool was also subpar. It seemed as though maintenance was lacking, as the pool appeared dirty and not well-taken care of. This was disappointing, as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was to enjoy the pool facilities. Overall, Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo is in dire need of renovation and refurbishment. The poor condition of the rooms, the moldy bathroom, and the neglected pool greatly impacted the quality of our stay. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate action to improve the overall experience for future guests as there are

He estado aquí algunas veces durante la pandemia. Ahora que estamos buscando una estancia de larga duración, hemos pedido una cita (multiples veces) al personal designado: el caballero de Ventas y algunas damas de FO, que tanto sólo da una falsa esperanza y no hace su trabajo para al menos dar No se han sincronizado las respuestas sobre los protocolos y requisitos de salud que necesitamos traer al hotel. Tengo que decir que la seguridad, la custodia y la ama de la cafetería del restaurante están haciendo un trabajo terrible; es una desgracia que los que están detrás del escritorio no sean empatéticos ni acomodados en absoluto. P.S. El hotel necesita ser más estricto con el uso de la máscara fuera de la habitación, ya que hemos visto que hay muchos huéspedes que sólo están libres de máscara cada vez que están fuera. No sólo en el lobby.
