Buena: Las habitaciones son especiales y limpias, un buen ambiente. El comportamiento del personal es bueno. Las áreas necesitan mejoras: 1)Restaurante no tiene helado excepto vanilla 2)TV connection got disconnected almost every half an hour 3) Wi fi concesión es pobre. 4)bar no tiene ninguna colección de vino. Incluso las marcas de cerveza son también limitadas. Sólo las marcas baratas están disponibles

One of the best places of accommodation in Dhanbad. Located at the strategic point of the city. Elite ambience and aristocracy at its optimum. Restaurant has full of choices.😊 Fine trained & cordial staffs. I seriously recommend this hotel to stay if u want an optimal luxurious stay. I took my IIT admission while staying here. A 5star recommendation from my side.

3. Hay un gran problema de la ac eléctrica no funciona correctamente ninguna remota para ac, también el geyser no funciona correctamente, la habitación y la cama no se limpian todos los días. No hay agua, no hay gafas en la habitación, no hay comida, no hay kits de baño en la habitación, ni siquiera hay conexión a internet en la habitación.

All the staff were very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. (get discounts for the rooms at the reception) The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The landscaping is beautifully The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. There is complete tranquility if one wishes just to relax around There is a wellness at the hotel for all.

El rey de Gobindpur, Dhanbad es un lugar muy agradable para permanecer con familia y amigos. Y la estación de ferrocarril y la estación de autobús Dhanbad está a unos 13 km. El comportamiento de los empleados del hotel es amable y útil.

I guess ”Poor” is the wrong word for Parklane Resort and its staff specially Mr. Vikarnt Verma and the front office staff ****** Singh. The best word to define them was Greedy and Notorious. Now I will explain why I am saying so, I have a booking in this resort for 2 nights that is 18th and 19th Feb 2020 under booking reference ID ********* via Agoda. As we were traveling to Dhanbad from Lucknow due to traffic congestion we reached late around 8:00 PM in the night and these guys canceled our booking and said they have not received any booking via Agoda. The best part Mr. ****** and ****** is trying to explain technical jargon. Dude, I manage a site with a billion transactions in 24 hours and I know what Agoda is. So after a long tussle, they just asked us to leave their resort by saying that they have arranged our rooms in Kings Resort which is just a dumping ground for us. I have not expected such a low mentality from these folks as we were a group of 10 people with kids & oldie people and we have booked an executive room so you can understand what kind of service we were expecting. This brings me conclusion either that Mr. Vikrant Singh is stupid and is not fit tourism industry or he is incapable of handling the situations like this. I would not say any good word for Mr. Vikrant and Pinky for selling our booked room to someone else who has booked the marriage hall in their resort. They have just unethical business practices with poor executioners like Mr. Vikrant and Pinky.
