La nave de paseo estaba ahí cuando salí del aeropuerto de mi vuelo y el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Así que fue un viaje rápido, un cheque rápido y un rápido a la cama. La cama era dura para mí, pero soy una de esas personas que ama una cama suave. El desayuno de la mañana siguiente fue muy bueno y podía disfrutarlo antes de ser recogido por la Enterprise para mi coche.

Stayed here while visiting family in Des Moines. Pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of the property. Usually airport motels are rough and run down. Not this one. The check in was smooth and very friendly. We got a room just off the lobby. Quiet. Room was super clean. Carpet fresh. Bathroom was new looking. No complaints. Bed very comfortable and slept so well. The pool area was very clean, ample towels, and nice size. Water was crystal clear and looked like the pool had been renovated, cause so clean and pure. Only complaint I would have is that the hot tub was not working. I would definitely stay here again.

Buen precio para este hotel y una excelente ubicación para el aeropuerto. Bueno para un parque y volar. El servicio de transporte fue bueno. Las habitaciones estaban muy anticuadas pero lo suficientemente buenas como para dormir e irse. El personal fue agradable y el proceso de registro fue sencillo.

¡El personal fue muy amable! Tuvimos un poco de falta de comunicación entre el hotel y trip.com con respecto al pago, pero lo resolvieron rápidamente y el personal se apresuró a hacer las cosas bien para nosotros. Disfrutamos tanto del jacuzzi como de la piscina y ambos eran exactamente lo que necesitábamos. El hotel estaba lo suficientemente lejos del centro como para ser tranquilo, pero lo suficientemente cerca para que todo fuera accesible. Lo más importante que se destacó fue lo servicial que fue el personal. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

No es el hotel de la más grande, sino limpio, cómodo y muy amigable. El personal va por encima y por encima. Así que agradable!!! Estaba viajando con mis perros y mi perro tuvo un accidente en la cama. Eran geniales y me dijeron que no me preocupara.
