Reportamos al llegar (check in) que la caja de seguridad no funcionaba, dijeron en recepción que iban a mandar a alguien a arreglarla, hicimos el check out y no arreglaron la caja (habitación 609)

Tienen un pésimo servicio de atención al cliente y aparte ofrecen un servicio de shuttle el cual me tuvieron esperando en el aeropuerto más de 1:15 y nunca llego tuve q pedir un taxi q me lleve

Debido a la tormenta invernal que hubo no pude llegar a las instalaciones y me cancelaron el vuelo. Me comunique con ellos y no quisieron hacerme un reembolso. Muy decepcionada ya que la tormenta invernal no estaba en mis manos y ellos no me quisieron resolver

We always enjoy staying at Embassy hotels. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is always perfect to feed our children and ourselves. We will continue staying the Embassy hotels.

Was only here for one night but the evening banquet was horrible. Only food was trail mix and carrot/celery and ranch dip. I have been to Embassy Suite all over the US and this was the worst. No fountain drink or anything out. Had to go to the bar for all type of drinks. My sons bought the pasta with Alfredo sauce and they said it was good.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. I asked for a shuttle to airport and they were there on the dot. Great experience here.

Our stay was great. Enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour. The dining room staff was very courteous and helpful to everyone. The cleaning stash was great as well and made sure we had everything we needed. The check in was easy.

We arrived late and spent the night and left early. When we got up to take our showers, we realized that the shower and tub area was full of hair and was filthy. It was disturbing. We reported it to the front desk but heard nothing back. This was nasty for this type of hotel.

The room was very nicely laid out, beds were comfortable. Loved the lobby. Happy hour was a nice bonus and breakfast was amazing. Overall, the staff (especially the wait staff) was great. We had a BIG issue with the shuttle driver but were told by the manager they were hired through an outside company, so we will be addressing it through them.
