Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

Lo que me gusta: (1) El té/café disponible 24 horas, el desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente opciones, huevos, salsa, waffles, pan, harina de ovejas, jugos, café, frutas de té (2) El personal es profesional, explica las cosas bien. (3) Los muebles son ligeramente más nuevos que el otro Hampton que me queda. Lo que se puede mejorar: (1) He estado esperando en la isla 3 (Puerta 512) de 745pm a 830pm y he llamado dos veces para asegurar el servicio de navegación. La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Entiendo que quizás sea fuera de su hora de servicio habitual, pero me pregunto si pueden hacer un servicio de empresa en común con otras marcas de hotel para que los clientes puedan ser recogidos antes. (2) Me ofreció la habitación al final del pasillo, pero hay ruido de agua muy alto que viene de las tuberías cuando alguien usaba el baño a la puerta o al piso. Fantástico lugar. Fui a Denver para una conferencia. Este hotel en el centro de Denver estaba muy cerca del lugar. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Muy agradable personal. También almacenaron mi equipaje antes de entrar. Recomendado!

Nos quedamos aquí por la noche. Fuimos al juego de béisbol y volvimos. Fue una estancia rápida y no pasó mucho tiempo en nuestra habitación. El hotel era muy limpio, el personal era amable, el check-in era suave y fácil. Pude firmar para la adhesión de Marriott.

Nuestra mayor denuncia es la ventana gigante que ve en el duche que cualquiera en el dormitorio podría ver mucho que usted está desnudo, que vidrio congelado no bloqueó nada. Probablely fine if you are in the room alone or with a partner, but if you may have friends for acquaintances stop by while you're still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid... It's just kind of strange. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. También habría sido agradable tener más de dos toallas en la habitación. Great location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots.

Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, el personal fue increíble. Todos los miembros del personal que nos ayudaron fueron muy amables y serviciales. Viajamos desde Texas para fugarnos y queríamos registrarnos muy temprano, ¡no tenían nada más que lo esperado ya que llegamos a las 8 am! Aunque no tenían uno listo, ¡AÚN nos dieron desayuno gratis! ¡Además de eso, nos dieron bebidas gratis en el bar como regalo de recién casados! Nuevamente no se esperaba. El chef también salió más tarde cuando fuimos al bar por la noche y nos regaló un delicioso postre, este hotel nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en Colorado. Definitivamente derrotamos. Volveré.
