Great spacious rooms and food, but staff needs fairness training to their guests The room was remarkably huge and comfortable, and the breakfast spread offered a fantastic variety of delicious options. However, the experience was tainted by the breakfast staff. I was singled out and aggressively asked for my room number, while other guests walked in completely unchecked. The selective enforcement felt discriminatory and unprofessional. Excellent physical hardware, but the service needs significant improvement in treating all guests equally.

the hotel look awesome from the outside but honestly their rooms look really old especially the television looks like 2000s version.. anyway their service really good and breakfast was amazing too thx…

We booked this hotel as it is near IOI City mall, if you want to go city area, it is quite a distance away. The aircon seems not working at time. The room and toilet are ok.

Best hotel..rooms are big . Bathroom also big just the tiles a bit slippery.

Refurbished hotel from old to new one. Latest deco and room very nice and beautiful. The room very spacious. In the toilet got some stain and my room the piping under the sink is leaking. Also the toilet door squeaking very loud and it gets annoyed.
