Estaba en la suite -la habitación más grande del hotel - durante dos noches en mayo. Me gustaba el reproductor de bluetooth, aunque me confundié porque no funcionaba (la aguja estaba desaparecida) pero viniló con dos viniles. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. La habitación era muy buena, pero no me molestó, pero algunos huéspedes podrían haber tomado la palabra. El hotel tiene unas posibilidades muy limitadas de comer y comer fuera del desayuno. Me dijeron que sólo podían ofrecer cerveza o vino en ese momento. Supongo que ya habían limpiado el bar por la noche, pero todavía ... Me sorprendió debido a la escala de la ubicación del hotel. ¡Reserva la suite!

Es un hotelito encantador. Cuidan cada uno de los detalles. Está en una zona súper bonita y tranquila, perfecta para visitar. Nosotros no hemos tenido ningún problema para aparcar por la zona. Es una pena que el desayuno sea tan caro... Así que no lo cogimos. Pero nos encantó que dieran café y galletas gratis. ¡Nos vino genial! Súper recomendable. Volveríamos. Tiene una terracita donde poder estar. Nosotros nos llevamos un par de cosas para cenar y estuvimos super a gusto.

El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. La mejor parte de este hotel es que Race Planet está al otro lado, que ofrece una experiencia única en nuestra estancia en el delft. En general, el hotel puede mejorar la limpieza y por favor obtenga cocinas de tamaño regular para la cama en lugar de las cuadráticas actuales. Recomiendo este hotel porque puedo sentir la dedicación del personal y la actitud de servicio rápida. Oh, sí, es también un corto viaje a la cubierta de arrastre donde admiramos el ascenso del sol.

Hotel was clean and modern and the staff on the front desk were outstanding and very helpful, especially the two ladies on duty. They helped me with taxi issues and I am truly thankful. Will definitely return for another stay because of the staff.

like it thats why im coming back in sept. with my other friends. breakfast is good 👍😊 pity some staff are not friendly but overall 👍

El hotel está situado a 30 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. El staff es muy atento y dispone de parking gratuito. ¿Por que digo que es multihotel? Básicamente porque en la habitación hay cosas que no pegan ni con pegamento, la zona de la cama, muy mona y bien decorada, pero luego tienes una pared con un grafitti que da la impresión que estés en un hostel de mochileros. Junto al televisor un ventilador de esos típicos de pie, que aún da más ambiente de hostel. Aún así, repetiría. La habitación dispone de una pequeña zona de cocina con nevera y microondas que es de agradecer.

I love Novotel as a chain, and have stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy. This time I felt things were a little off and I wasn't as satisfied. I seem to recall getting a free bottle of water in the room, which it appears is not included anymore. No more individual shower gels and soaps, but now big pumps of soap, which is OK if you have the complete set of them. Yes, it's more environmentally friendly but it's also a sign of cost-cutting. Breakfast was more or less the same -- good choice and quality -- except on a busy weekend they seemed totally overwhelmed and people had to queue to get a table. On a quieter morning, I noticed a sign stating one can request omelettes and poached eggs from the kitchen, so I did, and this dish never materialized, which was a little awkward. The fresh orange juice machine is awful: constant noise and queues of people taking ages to each make one glass of juice, as it requires that the user slice the orange and then ram each half, one at a time, into the machine, yielding a tiny amount of juice. Repeat for 6 or 7 oranges to get a glass... It would be funny to watch as slapstick if it weren't so annoying to listen to. On the positive side, the rooms are still attractive, comfortable, and quiet.

After stay at the Copenhagen CityHub I thought why not give this Rotterdam one a go as my experience before was great. Well firstly my god it was noisy, I had requested a quiet pod in the hotel as I'm a very light sleeper (even with earplugs in and pillow overhead lol) . So I was placed near the toilets/showers.... Ding ding ding alarms should have been going off then as the amount of banging those toilets/showers doors and the thumping of the people who sounded like they was thumping past all the pods (request a top pod in future). With ear plugs I was woken up early by other pod users who didn't have a care about anybody else who would have even been asleep as long as the could have a chat in the hall ways as loud as possible. So if you are going out and getting drunk this hotel is perfect for you but if you are on a sightseeing trip and wanting a early night we'll best of luck with that. None of my USB chargers were working in my pod but luckily I had brought a plug with more than 1 socket on it for charging. You get what you pay here and for a single person it's the cheapest option in the city. Lockers are huge and fitted my large suitcase in very easily. Staff very helpful as usual especially the American guy. Would I stay again, I'm afraid I wouldn't at this one as far too noisy for me. Maybe big groups shouldn't be all put on same floor and then they can meet in area downstairs and chat as loud as possible as they want at any time that suits them.

A large hotel, conveniently situated close to the station, and also the centre of Leiden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed comfortable. At a very reasonable price too! I would certainly stay here again if I return to lovely Leiden. Definitely Recommended.
