La habitación nunca fue fría, y la cama era horrible! Como dije antes, me quedo en la mayoría de los casos en Marriott y típicamente amo la maternidad, pero no era la maternidad normal de Marriott. También parecía haber sido actualizado, pero quien hizo este modelo hizo un trabajo de disparo.

We were supposed to stay for a week, but checked out after the first night. Upon arrival at 5p (check in starts at 4p), we found a lobby full of waiting guests and were told that rooms were not ready yet. 2 hours later, we were finally checked in - at 7pm! The lobby still had at least 4 more families still waiting. The staff offered a measly ”sorry for the wait” but that was about it. No one was offered water or anything to drink, nothing to eat, etc while we waited for hours. In fact, one of the staff began complaining to her co-worker that she was going to quit the evening shift because she's tired of the guests being impatient and not understanding. Like WE were the problem. Hilton members who had used the app to check in were no exception. Still had to wait like everyone else. And nothing offered as compensation. When we finally did get to our room, it was pretty bad. The hotel is old and outdated, with stained carpet throughout the hallways, chipped furniture, dirty A/C units and gross bathrooms. Our room had a very strong, pungent smell of pinesol, lysol, and mold/mildew. It was so strong that both of us in the room got headaches after about an hour. Mine turned into a migraine. By morning, I was also stuffy and congested, mist likely from the mold they are obviously trying to mask with this disinfectant smell. Because we got into our room so late and many hotels in the area were unavailable, we stayed this first night but I had already booked another hotel for the rest of the week and we left by 7am. I went to the front desk to check out but no one was there & we had somewhere to be in the morning so I couldn't wait around. I decided I'd check out on the app and we left. The app wouldn't allow the check out since we were leaving 6 days early, so I tried calling the front desk. It went to voicemail so I left a message with my name, room number and the reasons we were checking out. I called 2 additional times that morning, both went to voicemail. After not hearing from anyone, I began dealing with Hilton customer service. It took Hilton 2 additional DAYS to reach someone and after leaving on Sunday, I finally received a receipt on Tuesday evening showing I had checked out 2 days prior. Still never heard from a live person from the hotel. This was an awful experience. We were there for 12 hours and were miserable every second of it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Este hotel satisface todas mis expectativas basándose en las opiniones positivas que leí. Situado justo fuera de I-85 pero en un saco de culo de madera en un ambiente tranquilo. El hotel tiene un poco de edad, pero ha sido renovado y bien mantenido. Recomiendo totalmente que sea una opción de bajo costo cuando se quede en la zona de Atlanta ... a unos 30 minutos de viaje desde ella a las atracciones ATL del centro.

El barco los mejores ...Alex, Gary y Anias eran realmente increíbles, inspirador, amable, maravilloso ser humano! Delicia del desayuno bar ...Zee, Barbara, Zuriash, Gigi, CJ -el cocinero de omeleta, son simplemente divinos!!! El transbordador nos llevó al hotel y desde el hospital donde mi hijo estaba (lo visitamos desde Oregon) y nunca tuve que alquilar un coche. MMalaika Ball PaigeThis hotel was very clean because it is a new hotel. The amenities were nice. Beautiful picture on tv and a lot of space to store your clothing. However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

Mi habitación era muy limpia y tenía todo lo que necesito n allí recomendaría este hotel cualquier día gratis desayuno caliente cada mañana cocineros duros mantiene al huésped feliz y lleno ... el trabajador que trabaja en la gente de la reserva frontal en Ella es hermosa y muy bonita, ella se asegura de que tienes todo lo que necesitas antes de ir a tu habitación ... cualquiera que pase por esa puerta habla y ofrece agua o snack ... ella es muy buena en su trabajo

UUsuario invitadoEn el hotel, el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. No se reconoció como miembro de Platinum, no se explicaron las instalaciones del hotel. No se extendieron los privilegios como desayuno y WiFi de alta velocidad. ¡Simplesmente ingrese y vaya a su actitud de habitación! Peor aún, tenemos el cuarto en el piso de firat justo al lado del ascensor y la caminata y fue tan ruidosa toda la noche, aunque con la gente hablando alto mientras esperaban los ascensores y la fiesta corriendo por la escalera con pasos pesados. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación era grande, cama suave, bañera, un poco ruidoso con el aeropuerto y la autopista cercana y algunos huéspedes tiran bolas fuera del parque de autos a la noche. ¿Por qué los huéspedes de hotel deben pagar por el estacionamiento cuando hay más que suficientes y lejos? Teníamos otra Courtyard listo para nuestras vacaciones 1-month y después de esta experiencia decidió cambiar todas las reservas con Courtyard a otros hoteles.

UUsuario invitadoDon’t let pictures of the outside fool you! After reading many reviews I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did! The outside is nothing special but the inside is top tier. The lobby is nice, and the room was excellent! Everything was clean. The shower was updated to a walk in glass shower that looked brand new. The water was hot. There was a refrigerator and when I called the front desk about a microwave they brought one to my room, no problem! The A/C worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Again, clean! Never saw a bug or anything you may be worried about staying in a lower end hotel. The only thing I’d say be prepared for is they require a $100 deposit. I wasn’t aware of that until check in. But you’ll get it back within a few days of checking out.
If you need an affordable, & clean place to stay. This is it.
Oh, and there’s a package store within walking distance for those of us who like an adult beverage to end our day. ;)

Me desciende para conseguir un poco de té en el escritorio delantero dijo que no tienen literalmente que es lo que Myeisha dijo no se disculpa nada más que decir eso.Me desciende luego para conseguir un poco de Tylenol PM ya que no podía dormir debido al ac alto que tampoco tenían. La sala de estar está completamente vacía, no mencionar el servicio al cliente es gravemente deficiente. Myeisha me dio una actitud justo después de gritar a un huésped en el teléfono. No me extraña que esté trabajando en el cementerio. El hotel dispone de un buen servicio al cliente. El hotel tiene un buen desayuno que contiene bagel, fruta y yogur. No hay platos para el desayuno, sólo tienen la mitad n la mitad no cremadores saborizados y salsa sandwiches. ¡Sé que estamos en una pandemia, pero otros hoteles tienen desayuno caliente! Serve the guest it's quite simple they're just trying to make more money with less facilities and using covid as an excuse.The employees are not wearing mask at all and I reported it to Atlanta's and Georgia's department of health. UUsuario invitadoThe cleanliness was subpar. It looked as if it was going to be a nice hotel but it was dirt build up and all the corners. I would say they would benefit more by making sure that they take the time the thorough clean the corners and the surfaces it just felt really grimy but when we checked in it was late at night and I didn't feel up to just go to another hotel. I would say that based on the uncleanliness the hotel definitely wasn't worth $100 a night they never take a look at that reevaluate how they clean. Especially when you were doing a vacation away from home you prefer to living sleeping something that is decent. It has potential I like the pictures and the bedding appear to be clean but it's suspect for sure.
