I was there in Dehradun for a quick business trip. I stayed at Lalit Palace, found value for money. Considering it has been renovated recently, the rooms were well kept. The room came with all amenities. The room was spacious and aesthetically appealing.

Stinking rooms, Shower comes off on your head when you start it (Room 207). Food is exorbitantly charged and horrible in taste. Street food at 1/4th of the cost just outside is far better. They take more than an hour to serve you Hakka noodles. I went without lunch as I had an appointment. And finally when I eat that stuff in the night, it's the worst Hakka noodles I have ever eaten. No hand wash is provided in these pandemic feared days. In one word, WORST. Mr Goel, if you are still the owner, please close this hotel. No point spoiling the reputation.
