The hotel is in a good location, the value for money may be good for Switzerland, but is below average in an international comparison. We were particularly annoyed that the otherwise usual very friendly and courteous welcome here failed. The lady at reception gave us our room cards, mentioned where the room was and that was it. No reference to the Hilton status, no question about arrival, parking, etc. In addition, the Garden Inn lacked the ”garden”. Located directly on the main road, there is a seating area next to the entrance on the asphalt, but no flowers or plants. The Kongresshotel across the street and pretty much every other house on the street can do that much better. The room itself wasn't particularly large for a triple room, but had a large bathroom and a balcony (which unfortunately was difficult to access as the bed was directly in front of the balcony door). Breakfast was very good, fresh omelettes made to order, waiters were attentive and helpful. The tourist tax in Davos is remarkable in two respects. On the one hand, the amount of CHF 5.90 per person is record-breaking, on the other hand, it is already for people from 12 !!! years raised. Where is something like that? Oh yes, in Switzerland.

Este hotel está huyendo. Habiendo visto las notas de trip advisor y las fotos bastante flatteosas, me dejé tener y reservar un fin de semana en este hotel , siendo amador de esquí. Primera cosa que hay que notar cuando llegamos: recepción fría y poco amable. Viejo hotel en la decoración muy viejo y extraño. Arrivado a la habitación, mi Dios, qué horror. Muros espesos como el cartonaje, se oye absolutamente todo. Pinturas escalonadas y habitación y baño con escalofríos. Visite du « spa »...une piscine d’eau froide et un sauna fermé (un type très désagréable qui passait m’explique sur un ton ferme que je dois réserver mon entrée au sauna pour y aller là). Bref, encore déçu. Después de un día en las pistas y después de haber viajado 300 km en coche, decidimos comer en el restaurante del hotel. Solicitamos amablemente a la recepción una fundida al queso, y nos respondemos (aun una fría de manera muy desagradable) que no hacen esto aquí....decidamente, eso sigue... Salimos de este hotel malo para encontrar un buen restaurante donde se Aquí está el hotel de la noche a las 23:00, y se comienza una música fuerte. Se organiza una noche con un cantante, sosie d Elton John... Les murs étant très fin, comme du papier, aucun isolement, impossible de se reposer. Je décide d’appeler la réception après avoir patienté 1h tout de même . El receptor me dice que van a hacer ruido toda la noche y que hay que hacer con. Estoy a punto y quiero poder dormir, imposible, mezclar con tapones de orejas. Esta tapada nocturna continuará hasta las 3:30 de la mañana!!!! Un vergüenza!!! Al día siguiente, después de dormir, sólo unas horas, agotadas, mi familia y yo mismo tomamos un desayuno muy mediocre en este hotel. Luego le pedimos que hable con el gerente para explicarle mi descontento al salir. Su respuesta: ”¿Ah? ¿Hacemos ruido? ¿De verdad?” me pregunta, te sorprende. En resumen, no nos molesta el mundo, No hay excusas, no hay gestos comerciales. Nunca estuvimos en un hotel tan mediocre. Fugir para siempre. Los comentarios positivos de este hotel, que probablemente sean falsos. No se preocupe.

Convenient and Practical Lodging for a Winter Getaway in Davos Our recent stay at a conveniently located apartment between Davos Dorf and Platz offered a practical and straightforward accommodation option for our family ski trip in February. While it leaned towards basic amenities rather than cozy comforts, it provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. One highlight was the proximity to a park where we observed locals training for cross-country skiing, adding an authentic touch to our surroundings. Although walking to the ski lift was an option, it required some time, allowing us to enjoy Davos's picturesque winter scenery along the way. Transportation was made effortless with the frequent bus service, and the complimentary bus ticket provided to us ensured easy access to explore Davos and reach the ski slopes. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when a friendly driver picked us up (as arranged) and took us to another hotel for payment and key collection, even assisting us with language barriers and navigating back to the station on the last day. In our one-week stay, we found that while towels were exchanged, there was no cleaning service provided. However, guests have access to a vacuum cleaner for self-service cleaning. It's worth noting that the pillows provided were quite basic, which might not suit pickier guests like myself. Despite its location near the train tracks, noise was minimal, allowing us to unwind after our daily adventures. The accommodating staff further enhanced our experience, offering assistance and local insights throughout our stay. Nearby amenities included a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, and the Tourist information (near the apartment) provided valuable insights into the area, enriching our understanding of Davos's attractions (sledding, swimming pool, playgrounds …). Overall, while the accommodation leaned towards practicality, its convenient location, essential amenities, and helpful staff made it a suitable choice for our winter getaway in Davos. We would recommend it to travelers seeking a straightforward and convenient lodging option in the area.

El hotel está bien situado. Cerca de una estación de autobús. El hotel es nuevo y moderno, sin embargo hemos visto muchas cosas que necesitan ser reparadas. El estacionamiento es caro con 24 euros por día. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El restaurante no me gustaba. La mayoría de los camareros son desagradables y no nos dejamos sentir bienvenidos. El hotel está en una habitación de 2 días, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Nos quejamos de que no nos gusta la habitación, pero dijeron que muchas personas lo gustaban. Hey, la gestión del hotel, cuando alguien paga tanto por un hotel que no está discapacitado no le gusta una cortina de ducha en lugar de bellos muros de vidrio, no necesita cabinas de concepto de espacio abierto, necesita cabinas normales con puertas, Quizás le gustaría sentarse en el sofá... pero no había sofá. ¿Calentamiento? No por propósito. Sólo cuando nos quejamos, se volvieron el calefactor después de 1 día. En lugar de proporcionar calefactor móvil. Hablamos con otros huéspedes que tenían la misma pregunta. 5* hotel? La temperatura de la piscina era demasiado baja. El ruido allí no es aceptable debido al diseño que es simples muros de concreto pintado. El spa es sólo 3 estrellas. Nada que te deje quedar allí por mucho tiempo. El desayuno fue muy bueno que nos disfrutamos de esto. El hotel está en una zona de esquí de 3 estrellas.

El hotel está ubicado en medio de la montaña, junto a un pequeño lago, además de la forma única del hotel, es tranquilo y elegante. El entorno también es cierto, hay pequeñas ardillas que saltan arriba y abajo junto a las montañas. Intercontinental en Davos es un hotel poco común, por lo que el desayuno es básicamente el mundo chino (grupo turístico). El catering también se ha ocupado de los gustos de los chinos. El paraíso de los niños del hotel es el más infantil de todos los hoteles de este viaje, y es un buen momento para divertirse. Las habitaciones son geniales, las amplias terrazas y lo mejor de las estrellas. q Al hospedarse, el hotel presentó un boleto de teleférico para realizar caminatas. Aunque hubo una lluvia ligera cuando el clima estaba oscuro al día siguiente, aún fue divertido. La cima de la montaña se puede caminar, se puede montar y hay nieve indecisa. Cuando llega el invierno, las montañas se cubren de nieve y experimentarás la alegría de esquiar.
