We recently stayed at this hotel, and it provided us with a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the ocean with stunning views. The grounds were well-kept, and we could tell that the staff takes great care in maintaining the property. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. The restaurant was another highlight, staying open throughout the day and offering a great selection of snacks and drinks to grab and a full menu, which was very convenient when we didn't want to leave to get something to eat. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful and laid-back escape with beautiful ocean views, this hotel is a wonderful choice. We highly recommend it for the value and the amazing setting.

Would would stay there again, yes in heart beat. Yes the rooms are a bit tired and the food maybe basic but it is very clean and one of the most friendly. Great value at the price they charge. Right on the beach where you can snorkel or dive with the on site dive shop Critter Republic run buy a husband and wife team Justin and Judia, with the most helpful staff you could ever wish for at a dive resort. Nice large pool and well kept grounds, kid friendly. Free parking within the complex so nice and secure for your car if you have one. We had no noise at night, so nice and peaceful for sleeping. Bring you camera for the sunrise over the ocean while having an early morning coffee.

The staff here are some of the warmest and most accommodating you will meet. Jolly and Fritz made our stay super special and made us feel at home. The view here is incredible. Having the ocean right outside your balcony every morning was fantastic. The dives shop here is amazing too. Thank you 🙏🏼

We have lived there for a week and managed to have 3 different rooms 1 room was not what we had ordered, 2 room was what we had ordered, but here the balcony door creaked violently, and there was no hot water, the toilet was leaking, so there was water on the floor, we had to have a towel to lie on soak up the water and we got room no. 3. The restaurant was under all criticism, the service even worse, the employees were more busy singing and joking with each other than serving the very few guests they had, they weren't cleaned up, they weren't offered more than what was asked for, the breakfast was in no way inviting and therefore we did not buy breakfast all week. We waited a long time to get the food after ordering, and the lack of service meant that we chose to eat outside the hotel We had booked this hotel solely because of Justin from Critter Republic who we have been diving with all week. Nothing wrong with the hotel as such, but should we in any way consider coming back, there needs to be a drastic change in staff and service, otherwise we will book another hotel on our next visit to Dauin

If you are on a budget this is the place for you. Room rates are fairly cheap with only breakfast included. The menu has limited options so we walked down the beach to Atlantis Resort for several meals during our stay here. We stayed in an ocean view room #11 with two beds. The A/C worked really well. Room service is hit or miss if you can find any staff in the evenings. We waited two days before anyone came to clean our room and had to ask for clean towels and pool towels. Even then the reception staff wanted to know why we needed more than two towels. We had to explain there is no shower door or curtain to keep water from going all over the small bathroom so we need to use the towels to sop up the water. After the third day we went on a search for toilet paper and found some in a cabinet for our room. There is a mini fridge and tea kettle in the room and the dive shop owners (Critter Republic) took us to the Sunday market where we purchased some awesome food for the rest of our stay. On our last full day here we noticed a door sign that reads “please clean room” that we apparently overlooked when we checked in. It would have been nice if the receptionist mentioned, upon check in, you needed to request to have the room cleaned. I guess as Americans we take things for granted and just expect it to be done every day. Finally, We stayed here specifically to dive with Critter Republic. If I knew Critter Republic was just 200 feet down the beach from Atlantis Resort we would have just stayed there and took a couple days to dive with CR and saved ourselves the trouble.

The hotel has nice ambience, they are very accomodating. The service is excellent. The food is very good. All in all our stay and experience is excellent. The staff especialy the recsptionist is very flexible

The moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us very, very warmly . They immediately gave us a homecoming welcome. Nothing seemed to be too much for them to comfort us and make our stay wonderful. After a few days every staffmember felt like longtime friends and we sincerely love all of them. When we leave i’m sure we’re going miss each and everyone of them. Best resort and most surely the best staff ever !!!! We are alteady dreaming and making plans to return as soon as possible!!!!!!! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, hospitality and so much more that we could have ever imagined. You are a Group of wonderful people that are going to stay in our hearts for ever and we hope we can maintain in contact and meet again soon. Lots of respect for all of you. Selamat kaayo and be safe. We love Siërra resort, the staff, Critter Republic Divecenter and it’s Staff very much. Our room felt like home to us. It was very clean and we were overwhelmed by the view from our window and the very spacious balcony. The restaurant had a very nice menu and the cook served food that was beyond excellent.

Perfect birthday getaway. Placw was so peaceful. And i have everything I need. Beach was serene and quiet. Thank you Sierra. I must book again :) I ratwle the hotel a perfect rating. Food was good too !

We really love the place because it has Friendly staff.. good food.. beautiful scenic view by the beach.. big rooms.. clean bathroom.. and the pool is perfect for kids. They also had a spacious parking area.

Very Accommodating, Friendly and approachable staff, Amenities may need a little refurbishment except for the pool. They might need to add more in their breakfast menu. Make the bar and restaurant available 24/7.
