Good rooms with business table and chair. Spacious rooms. Friendly staffs. Good breakfast. Location slightly away from town. Most importantly, clean.

The hotel was under massive renovation. Couldn't get a good Waterview room due to that. The front desk staffs are very accommodative and helpful trying to offer other rooms and options. The swimming pool is the best and we really enjoyed it especially in the hot climates.The location is at the Esplanade,directly sea facing with a nice view and big park . Highly recommend!

Access to simple consumables not very good. I like hotels that provide free water, this one doesn't

We had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is good, right in the CBD and we have a seaview room. The room was far to walk to from the main entrance. Also, the water pressure is so weak that you almost feel that you can't have a proper shower.

Wanda in restaurant was exceptional - very helpful advising that it is cheaper to pay via Reception for breakfast buffet. Requested a late checkout and was allowed an extra hour extension to checkout. Room was spacious with 2 double beds and separate adjoining large bathroom.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received ,, I had travelled from fl USA 16 hr flight then another 4.5hr flight plus layovers then the bus ride to hotel I was so exhausted .. plus the fact l was suppose to arrive 24hrs earlier due to a missed connection in sfo so my booking was all messed up!! Front desk took my plight seriously and made it happen !! Nothing but kind words and caring !!!

Booked here for a lay over for the airport very relaxing stay, breakfast was great

Incredible service with very attentive staff. The lobby is modern and my highlight is the large wonderful pool. A short 7 minute walk to the middle of the city centre.

Lovely location, good and safe evening stroll with ocean views. Lovely lady and gent at reception. Easy access to several amenities.
