It was a good experience. The hotel was clean and the staff were cordial. Location was on mall road. Would like to stay again.

Very nice hotel, prime location in chowrasta, mall road, easy walkable distance. Hotel stuffs are very polite. Helpdesk team is very helpful, vinod also very good person is taking care of breakfast.

Everything is ok but whole night there will be no persons available in reception so if problem in night there will be no persons available for calling them

Pretty bad experience. Poor housekeeping services cheap and weak furniture(broken table). All poorly managed. Staffs were rude and ill behaved.

The property is located right on Mall. Everything is very close by and is at stone throw distance. The view from the room is excellent. While I was offered a room downstairs the rooms at the reception has even better views. The staff is very kind and helpful, they help you get your luggage from the nearest drop off point as taxis don’t directly reach the hotel. Mr. Binod, who is the chef was very friendly and helpful he took very good care of us. Only one reason to ding 1 star is management needs to take care of maintenance a bit more , the toilet seat was broken in my room, when I complaint it was just temporarily fixed and which broke again soon.

stay was in very nice place but the amenities they will serve was not fulfilled. there was no milk sugar coffee powder but electric cattle was there. breakfast was not so much promising 😕

Excellent and most convenient location. You just need to step out of the hotel to reach the most talked about part of the city, the Mall. This is one of the new group of hotels owned by Muscatel. But the service is not up to the mark. The hotel needs more care about the convenience and cleanliness of the rooms. Even a pair of towels had to be asked and it needed half an hour to get those. Food is nothing more than ordinary. The staffs are good but the location is the biggest plus
