The homestay is clean, comfortable and well ***aged. It has a brilliant view, overlooking the hills and tea gardens of the Happy valley tea estate.Very accessible from main market area, observatory hill and Happy valley Tea estate. The warmth and hospitality of this lovely couple made my stay at Darjeeling extremely comfortable. It was my first-ever solo travel and Mr Dipak went out of his way to make me feel safe in the hill town, showed me the important landmarks around (so that I don't get lost!), helped me with itineraries of places to see and restaurants to eat at. He even made time and took me out on an early morning stroll and showed me spectacular views of Kanchenjunga. And you are assured to wake up to some brilliant food. The lady of the house is ever cheerful, warm and welcoming. Their hospitality and care is par excellence. I would definitely recommend this homestay to families and solo-travelers.

The best place to spend your vacation in Darjeeling. Very close to Raj Bhavan. Walking distance from Mall, Chowrasta, Observatory, Darjeeling Zoo, Nightingale Park. The proprietor Mr. Deepak Sharma is like a family member. Looking forward to my next stay ( fourth) very soon.
