A perfect hotel, a chill atmosphere and vibe all day and night. The hotel and pool area vert clean and fresh. The bar brilliant and breakfast had a great choice. The staff were lovely, happy and very helpful. Great location to the beach and transport to Chania. Definitely recommend and will be returning!

What a beautiful, relaxing and friendly hotel. Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful and the whole hotel very clean. The vibe was very relaxed and perfect for a sunny holiday. Lovely choice for breakfast. The pools were clean and there was always beds available. Great location for nice beaches and transport into Chania. Definitely will recommend and will return!

A lovely compact hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff (including the cleaners). Everywhere was spotlessly clean. It was great to be able to request a kettle and mugs (in addition to the coffee maker and small cups already in the room) and I appreciated being able to borrow a tabletop ironing board and iron. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where you are welcome to take the pool towels to the beach. You don't need to take your own towels! There are four beaches within easy walking distance and there is easy parking outside the hotel. There is a small mini-market round the back of the hotel (in the entrance to a camp site) and a Lidl is a couple of minutes away in a car. If you arrive tired and hungry you needn't go any further than the Pergola restaurant next door - it's very good. If you are travelling back to Heraklion airport and want to take a break, avoid Rethimnon (horrendously busy) and go on to Bali. Go through the village and right down to the little harbour and the restaurant called Panorama. An absolutely delightful end to a fabulous holiday!

Fantastic food experience, we spent 11 nights at this small boutique hotel, which is modern in decor. The room was spacious and well equipped, we were also able to get a small kettle from reception to use. The room was kept vey clean and fresh by the maid who was in every day without fail to change the towels and bed. WiFi was very good and well equipped were able to do everything we needed. The staff from reception to pool bar staff all were very attentive and eager to make your stay pleasant. The best part for us was that we had opted for the half board option which was a waiter service and we were able to choice from the restaurant menu every night. We have stayed at 5 * hotels on many occasions and the food hasn’t achieved the same standard. We actually didn’t need to use any of the local tavernas as the hotel food was so good. I would highly recommend this hotel it is close to many beaches which are sandy and have ample sun loungers if that’s your thing. We hired a bike for our stay and spent most of the time out and about. Also during our stay there was entertainment on every other night which consisted of a male singer/guitarist, a lady duo singing and two traditional Greek musicians.

Just home from lovely 10 day break at this hotel. The staff are all amazing nothing too much trouble. The cleanliness is excellent throughout the hotel absolutely spotless and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Pool area very small therefore sun loungers very close together but tbh there was always availability whatever time of day we arrived at the pools (there are 2 small ones). We had a suite which was lovely and roomy, could have done with a little more storage space (that’s personal preference). A full length mirror would also be a plus, and portable hairdryer as it is in the bathroom which is quite difficult to use when 2 getting ready as mirror kept getting steamed up (didn’t detract from the holiday, just a little feedback). We had B&B option, there was plenty of choice, a nice addition would be an omelette station just to give that bit of variation. A better toaster too as it’s a regular domestic one which takes forever to toast the bread so sometimes a little queue in the mornings. Dinner tbh we had to return one evening, but this was sorted out very quickly by management. We tended to dine out at the local tavernas. Lots of lovely beaches too within walking distance. We walked to Chania Harbour one morning before it got too hot and it was a lovely 40 min all along the beaches, then a bus ride back which stops just outside the hotel. A lovely relaxing break would absolutely hotel.

The whole experience at Airis Boutique felt very well thought out. This hotel has peaceful atmosphere and very stylish design. After checking in, the friendly staff member from the front desk escorted us to our junior suite, very nice touch. Our suite was well appointed with all necessary amenities, including bathrobes which were big and plush. Bathroom was spacious and clean and the water pressure was good. The suite had two balconies, one facing to the construction site and another facing the mountain and nearby buildings, so we spent our balcony time in the latter. Buffet breakfast had great selection and enough variety for four mornings we had it. We didn't try the restaurant at the hotel but it looked nice and the menu seemed to had many options. Pool area had enough lounge chairs and cabanas, so it never felt crowded and the absence of children made it very peaceful environment for relaxing. Hotel has also nice roof top terrace, where we enjoyed sunset views with some Greek white wine. The best aspect was the staff and the service. Every interaction with every staff member was pleasant and the staff really made the stay so enjoyable. Every request and question was met with smile and can-do attitude. I've never experienced this level of service in any hotel in Greece. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel enough, it really was a memorable experience for us. Thank you!
