"Se hizo un cargo a mi tarjeta de débito el cual la persona que nos atendió no quiso reconocer a pesar de que ella misma hizo el cargo en su terminal, además se le mostró en la app el descuento y el comprobante del recargo, tuve que pagar nuevamente en efectivo para lo cuál tuve que trasladarme a un cajero ATM, ella hizo que ya no entendía bien el español o lo que le estaba diciendo y trajo a un "amigo" que supuestamente hablaba más español, argumentando un msj de quién presta el servicio de su terminal, el cuál claramente decía que el fallo y/o error era en la máquina, desafortunadamente no pudimos buscar otra opción ya que era tarde, Pero muy mala experiencia aquí, ojalá no sea una práctica habitual en este lugar, que a mí punto de vista personal tal vez esto si sea una práctica común aquí! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼"

"I was only there one night so did not get to enjoy the. Chocolate making or the super awesome natural swimming pool. Breakfast was great, if you don’t mind foregoing meat. Same I assume for dinner but I did not have dinner there. Rooms are very nice - especially the shower! And I meant to ask where that comforter is from it was like a cloud."

Thatch Caye Resort a Muy'Ono Resort ★★★

"Truly the experience of a lifetime. The family energy is felt immediately upon arrival. I never want to go on another trip anywhere but a Muy’Ono Resort. The staff never slowed down on making the grounds beautiful, and treated everyone like family. The island couldn’t be any more beautiful. Location was perfect for water lovers (15 mins to the barrier reef by boat). Marley and Pico were charming and made the island all the more special. We were lucky to have Marley join us for bed 3 of our nights there. Rooms were constantly tidied by the staff. Farm to table food and INSANELY good drinks. Everything was truly spot on. Exceeded our expectations. Extremely quiet. So many activities. Snorkel gear, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes & more included. Beach was stunning. Massages were top notch. Insane value for what you get on the island. We will be back. Easily our favorite faction ever! Thank you Jackson, Junior, Charles, Shakira, Marisha, Darvin, Charlie, Bonafilio, Noella, Jimena, Jessica, Oliver, and the entire grounds and cleaning staff! They made our Easter so special with an Easter egg hunt with prizes and it was just so much fun! Scuba diving and snorkeling on the reef was very convenient! Island hopping was a blast. Many other guest had a great time on the fishing excursions and caught tons of fish to share with everyone! This place is so so so special ＜3"

"How can I put into words something that can only be experienced to understand? This was my husband Anton and my first trip to Belize and wow we had no idea what we would experience and have not only the warm family atmosphere but the beyond beautiful 🏝️ island. Blue Marlin is a true experience above water and below. The food was amazing the snorkeling was amazing and accommodations!!! We had our own cabana and and cannot think of anything better in this life🥰 thank you Rosalia and Richard, Estellita, Ajan, Elijah and head chef (Joe?), everyone for making our stay so special!!"
