El desayuno tiene descuento, también es más adecuado para comprar, la higiene de la habitación es buena, la actitud del servicio es muy buena.

Very convenient location, the room was excellent for a one or two night stay. The front desk was very responsive and friendly.

Overall good, the room was spacious but the room had smoking odor, under the bed was unclean, the bathroom need to change the curtain regularly and have some cracks near bathtub. We feel disappointed because we expect if we booked to stay in this hotel we could have access free to swimming pool.. but it’s not, we need to pay additional fees per person to go to swimming pool or upgrade the room in nextdoor hotel.. please add more information for this hotel if we want to swim need to pay more fees.. Thank you..

So far from city center, cheap but not worth it

The location is not that great, no places to have a decent meal and the hotel restaurant doesn’t offer much (some buffet on Friday and empty dining room on a weekdays). The swimming pool is for extra charge (which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking). Once I checked in and came to my room I found it messy and dirty after the previous guest stay. Such a lack of professionalism in communication between FO and House Keeping. I had to wait in a dirty room before I was offered another room without any apology. Apparently, there are two hotels which are run with the same Lobby and check in desk and first I was escorted to the room by a bell boy and we took the staff elevator (imagine my confusion and first impression), the corridor that connects the two hotels is dirty and impresentable (the guests have to use it if they want to go to the spa or the swimming pool or the restaurant). One of the restaurants was shut down (the Chinese one). On the positive side I would like to say thanks to the concierge, a lovely lady who I have talked with (in English) and asked for a favor. She was very welcoming and helpful.

設施：完善， 衞生：有待提高，起碼房間裏沙發底下 床底下不應該有灰塵，還發現了兩衹小死蟲子。五一是大旺季，房價是平常好幾倍，但是衞生卻沒有乾淨好幾倍，該給保潔加獎金才能保證質量和服務過關啊 環境：很好

圖片為實拍，到店辦理入住後給分配的房間，打開房間很陰森，裝修非常非常非常陳舊！房間裏的電視真是讓我大開眼界！這房間讓人一瞬間就有退房的想法，後來跟工作人員（工作人員態度倒是蠻好）溝通了一下雖然換了房間，但是設施依然很老舊，房間很冷空調開了很久不熱，淋浴放了很久水不熱！攜程圖片與實際房間不符相差很大！入住體驗很差！早餐煮雞蛋打開一個黑了發黴（忘記拍照），另一個也有奇怪的味道！夾了兩塊菠蘿一塊有頭髮😊😓

老舊 可能曾經輝煌過 設施非常破敗了 抬頭一個大蟲子屍體迎接我 不敢碰不敢碰 唯一有點就是床還算乾淨 水流很大 睡一宿能湊合 畢竟便宜

房間的設施太舊了，吹風筒，網都沒有，這個電視機是我有史以來住酒店第一次見到，應該是房間很久很久沒有人住了

晚上出臟水，那麼熱的天回來不能洗澡，體驗很差，沒有服務意識，打電話到前台，也不説什麼時候能好，現在正在搶修，一種很忙碌的狀態，那麼大的酒店前台也要搶修嗎？是不是應該給你一個解決方案，短時間能好讓客户等一下，長時間無法解決是否給你找一個地方洗澡，總要有服務意識吧，實在沒辦法給你補償個早餐也行呀。總體來説，不知道怎麼上星級的。最後直到第二天上午10點之後才好，酒店管路硬件老化，也有可能平時就沒保養，服務意識淡薄。

上個世紀的電視機，房間連個吹風機都沒有，條件太差了。就這將近400的價格，在平時100估計都沒人住。

酒店式管理，特別乾淨整潔， 設施齊全，還可以做飯。方便停車，服務到位，性價比很高，家庭出行首選，值得推薦。

酒店有些老舊，但是挺乾淨的，晚上睡覺也很安靜，離棒棰島，威尼斯水城都不遠，前台服務人員都很熱情，耐心的回答所詢問的問題
