Good location albeit rooms are very old where my room door cannot be locked from inside and cabinet cannot closed fully. But price, location and their services are superb!

Reception service is good. Upgraded my room, and breakfast is so nice. Maybe one of the best hotel in dalian.

Lovely service and friendly. There is only one point to mention: They don't consider DND and may find room service entering the room even if the DND is on.

We stayed in this hotel as a couple for 4 days during Chinese national day holiday. We booked east wing rooms and the room decorations is a bit old but room is very comfortable and big. Hotel location is great and only 10 minutes walk to Zhongshan Square and subway. There is lots of restaurants and shopping malls near hotel. The breakfast is not very reach in Western foods.

I stayed in an executive room. The service provided by the executive lounge team was amazing (actually the best I have received in China). The breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge was amazing. One day I went to the buffet for breakfast and was disappointed by the cleanliness of it, so I decided to just eat at the lounge. The laundry team was also great. They noticed one of my dresses had a small issue so they fixed it. Most of the staff spoke at least some English, it was the first time in China that even the housekeeper could speak English.

酒店位置好，距離地鐵站很近，東樓稍顯老舊但衞生很好，性價比高。特別感謝前台林澤奇，王嘉明，服務熱情，推薦了好吃的燒烤還幫我換了零錢。感謝盛經理，提醒我第二日大連暴雨，避免了我耽誤行程。 感謝感謝！

這是住過最好的老牌五星酒店了，不虧是大連久負盛名的五星酒店，這才是酒店啊，不論是服務專業性還是設施完善都沒得説，酒店分為東西兩棟樓，整個大廳就是一個小型商場，西樓應該是新建的，房間裝修會更新一點，東樓就是很有歷史年代感的裝修風格，富麗堂皇但又不失低調，也算是和各國政要住過一間酒店了，要不是攜程平台咱能住上這麼好的酒店，哈哈哈，不論是公共區域的衞生和擺放還是房間裏的設施維護都維護的很好，特別感謝一下前台戴眼鏡的帥哥，忘記問姓名了（好像是姓孫吧），服務很專業高效幫我們安排好了房間，比我們預訂的好太多了，進入房間就是一個玄關，和像是一個小套房一樣，居住區和休息區完全隔離開了，還有單獨的梳粧台和洗漱區域，這個床也太舒服了，很有支撐性又不會太軟，據説還有平台合作的舒睡房型，有機會一定體驗一下，房間地毯竟然都沒有年代久遠造成的臟污，可見平時酒店衞生做的很不錯，但要吹毛求疵的還是會有一點死角的，這個看個人感覺吧，除了桌子和吧枱上有一些浮塵沒有打掃乾淨其餘實在挑不出更多問題，也可能因為空間太大，就是五個行李箱都放得下，還有就是一些問題，房間裏電話溝通很不方便，搗鼓半天才打到前台，希望能出個説明，還有就是房間燈光太多開關太複雜希望可以有個總開，再有就是東樓這邊電視希望升級一下，算是五星酒店通病吧想美美看個電影可能是沒戲了，其餘的話泳池有點太mini了，但是功能很多有時間可以自己發掘一下，絕對舒適，希望酒店能更好，希望還有機會入住。ps：一會複製再評價一遍

我們住在西樓，西樓裝修新，房間大且設施完善，可以開窗户透氣（這點非常重要），床品質量好，被子枕頭乾淨衞生不潮濕，就連衞生間洗漱區還放了椅子給客人坐，考慮的非常細緻。早餐很豐盛，小童一米一以上半價。前台和禮賓部服務好，可以收發快遞，很負責。各方面都是絕對的國際級五星級酒店品質。我們還在酒店的日餐廳吃了一頓晚餐，出品驚艷，價格優惠。以後來大連還住富麗華。
