1. Después de entrar en la habitación, el foco del techo tiene fugas. 2. La tapa del inodoro automático se cierra mientras la persona aún está sentada, golpeando directamente la espalda. I’ve stayed at this Hyatt location 3 times this past year. It is definitely my favorite staycation city getaway ! The location, large rooms with spectacular sea views, tubs and waterfall showers. friendly staff, and all the best amenities: poll, hot tub, spa, restaurants on site, and an overall relaxing vibe. I’m already looking forward to my next future stay.

Room is clean but it is obvious that it has seen better days. Part of the closet door was spoilt, the leather on the chairs in the room is tattered, TV is extremely low definition for a supposedly 5 stars hotel. The sea view though is great, I guess that’s what everyone is paying for.

The hotel has a great location very close to the beach and with an awesome view in the Xinghai square to observe the music fountain if it plays. A special thanks goes to the Chef for the fabulous gluten-free bread for breakfast!

Great service, gave us a free upgrade to deluxe room on the first day. Excellent view of the sea view and light show at night from the room! Also gave a free fruit platter and toy seal on the first day. Towels and bathrobe are also of good quality.

A great place to stay in. We enjoyed it a lot. We had the best view to watch the fireworks that lasted more than 6 hours. Great staff.

Beautiful view, great location and comfortable stay. The only issue we met was: we could not check in on time as promised at 2pm. We were told room would not be ready till after 3pm, so we were forced to change to different type of room at a lower floor.

Very good location and family friendly hotel. Pool for adults and children is nice and clean. Gym is very good equipped. Breakfast and Dinner has very good quality and choice
